I offered this beautiful tea set to my wife because we both enjoy drinking tea. She was very happy with this gift and I will share the benefits of owning one. First, it was nice to discover the lovely box with great design and colors all over it. Every unit is well packed inside the box to avoid any breaking, which is very convenient, specially if you intend to offer it as a gift.Then, the teapot and the cups display great drawings such as birds and flowers. The contrast between the different colors such as pink or blue and the light brown color of purple clay is beautiful. The cups have a capacity of about 3.5oz each and fit very well in hends. They retain heat a longtime which is very useful when you spend some time talking when drinking tea.The teapot can contain about 8oz of tea which is perfect to fill the 2 cups. There is a little strainer inside the teapot that will blockmost part of the tea leaves, which could be agreeable if you decide to brew tea inside the pot but I don't recommand it.We personnally like to brew tea in another big vessel and pour the warm tea directly in the teapot. It is more practical if you intend to serve yourself few times.I recommend this tea set to anybody enjoying drinking tea or to people who intend to make a great gift. My wife was very happy and I wish anybody to experience the same.
