Bought this to alleviate pain in my ankle by changing the angle at which it rests. What a difference it has made! I can wear my flat trainers again! Good quality and very comfortable.

Used for leg adjustment, cost is reasonable, comfortable but needs a better adhesion pad to avoid slipping

My wife is using and is good. Cheap and useful.

Just enough to slightly raise my heel in flat slippers, and comfortable. The sticky patch worked fine for me though others have said otherwise.
