Not Bad
The bag was split open upon arrival spilling about a cup of product into the delivery box but other than that....I use Quinoa as a nestling food, along with my own special cornbread recipe, for my canaries. I don't usually eat the stuff myself but after rinsing and preparing it I did taste the first batch I made and it was pretty good. The birds love it.

The product is expensive, the packaging leaks all over spread small quinoa like confetti every where

Good😊
Perfect and always cooks perfectly- i’ve never had a bad quinoa. this taste just as any other quinoa that I’ve ever bought. I just got a better deal for a large amount of quantity vs what I could get in the store-

I Liked It
This is the first time I've ever cooked and eaten Quinoa. My bag of Quinoa had a small hole in it so some of it was lost inside the shipping box. I put the entire bag inside a gallon zip lock to keep the rest from spilling out. I cooked it like I do rice, and it turned out pretty good. I like a little salt and butter on mine and it was a fairly good rice substitute. I know Quinoa is much healthier than rice and the flavor was good. The texture was good too, I just like rice a little better.

Better for fruit breakfast than savory
This was sweeter than I was expecting. Not SWEET sweet, just surprising for quinoa. I made a texmex dish with it that was okay, but I thought I had messed up the recipe. However, when I made this as a morning cereal, with berries and bananas it was delicious. That's when I bothered to read the bag and saw it's a naturally sweeter quinoa.I'm the only one in the house that noticed though, it's pretty subtle. Hubby and kiddo just thought I was crazy, lol.I did deduct a star because at $20 I think the price point is a bit high, plus the bag is a pain to reseal. I finally gave up and put it in a gallon freezer bag. I will have to get through a bit more of it before it fits in one of my canisters.
