This is a great product. I've taken it for several years now. Capsules are big, but easy to swallow.

I don't like taking a bunch of pills and what a godsend that I found these. These are a gel cap and easy to swallow even though the are a bit large. Calcium and vitamin d combo great idea.

I have osteoporosis, and my doctor wants me to take 5,000 UI of D3, and this is one of the only products I've found that has enough calcium and enough D3 so that I don't need to take multiple pills. My only (and I do mean only) complaint is that this product contains some soy. I doubt it's enough to cause trouble for a woman whose mother's breast cancer was estrogen-tagged, but I was not happy to find that an otherwise great product would contain soy.

These pills are huge. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to swallow them but it turns out I was. If you have trouble swallowing huge pills, you may have to cut them open, use a pill crusher, or drink a glass of water prior to taking these.I am lactose intolerant and have not had dairy milk for years, so I knew I was calcium deficient. I recently hurt my wrist from holding a chonky tablet with a case on it for an extended period of time (guessing wrist strain) and it hadn't really healed for over a week. I also have chronic knee pains and get shin splits (or whatever they're called) when jogging.Well, duh. That was all due to less than 20% of my DV of calcium intake. I've taken this once and the majority of my wrist feels painless just over night- there's still a slight amount of pain but I'm sure it'll be fine within a few days or so. My knees no longer have pain in them either, so I'm very happy with this.Obviously if you're getting close to your DV of calcium every day you probably won't have as a drastic improvement as I have. I wasn't even expecting to feel any effect until a few weeks or so, but wow. I recommend this if you're lactose intolerant and hardly getting any calcium in your diet.

It has a good amount of content, and the tablets are soft, easy to swallow. Very good quality
