I have been taking this now for nearly a full cycle, and I feel it is the right time to leave a review.I have noticed a positive change during my cycle. My moods has improved, I am not as cross or hormonal.I will definitely be buying this month after month. This has made a big change to my life.I would highly recommend.I have to say the drinks are a touch on the sweet side, but very pleasant tasting.

First time trying this product and really loved the results. Left me feeling more energetic, felt like I could focus more and seen a real improvement in my skin and nails. Really nice variation of flavours (reminds me of sherbert) and the cycle was really easy to follow. Would recommend.
