I've been dealing with chronic sciatica in my right leg that comes and goes, and sitting for periods of time becomes really uncomfortable. This cushion is amazing. It's so comfortable and has given me relief. The cover is nicely made too. It's sold at a great price point. I can't comment on durability, because I've had it less than a week, but I can finally sit in my office chair without constantly having to shift around to get comfortable. And I'm happy for that!

Love it. Perfect size. Just wish it was not as hard. I have an 18x19 Hvllyan brand and love the squish under my bum. I love the size of this better but it seems to be harder. I feel like Goldie locks and the three bears, I haven’t found the just right yet but I did buy two of these as well as my other because they are both nice :)

I was told that this wheelchair pad works well for the elderly relative for whom I purchased it. Five out of five stars.

Pretty comfortable, but the fabric is pretty slick, so it doesn't stay put very well.

Good size, doesn't cut off circulation when sitting partially on it, slip resistant on cotton sheets.Don't know about lasting quality.

So he teased me a LOT that I was going to be "sitting in a puddle?!?" while I was waiting for delivery, but once it was here, I had to order a second one before he'd let me use it, he found it so helpful (former paratrooper with old leg, hip and back injuries...and now we are old.) Thank goodness for lightning fast delivery, now we both are enjoying the relief. The cushion IS "super large" and fits nicely on a large recliner, but is oversized for our wooden chairs--the care required to adjust it is minimal, but it does need that moment, to insure that you sit on the part with the chair actually under it.This item has a great product page with oodles of description, including pictures--and the ONLY discrepancy I saw struck me as hilarious, though I'm pretty sure it was just a translation anomaly. The structure of the cushion itself, as well as the conveniently washable zippered cover, is pictured and described faithfully except for the part he teased me about. I can detect no gel whatsoever, so, while we both get the much-appreciated pain relief, support and comfort, as promised, I am NOT "sitting in a puddle."The soft and resilient honeycomb hexes that make up the cushion seem to make a HUGE difference in distributing the all-over pressure from sitting, more evenly, so less painfully. Also as promised, it springs back into the original shape and loft as soon as I stop sitting on it. And I have a cat bed with the same sort of washable zip on cover, so I feel confident about being able to wash it multiple times, even though it appears quite delicate. I hope that others can get the same kind of relief that we have, and I highly recommend this cushion.

It fits my desk chair perfectly. It's just a tad hard, so I used an old pillow case and added a little poly-fill to it and stuck in inside the cover, much softer now. It doesn't slid around, so that's a plus. t's light weight so it's easy to lift and move, as sometimes I use it behind my back. All in all worth the money spent.
