Good customer service, & a fun flying drone

As an avid drone racer and drone videographer, I can honestly say that you cannot find a better drone in this price range! I would gladly recommend this drone to anyone just getting into drone flying or veterans!

*Update:* Lowered our rating because none of the in-flight videos are saving. They are all unviewable and corrupted. When it's sitting for a short video it's fine, but while flying it's not saving any videos.I like it-- the case it comes in feels kinda more like a cheap cooler than a decent case. I suspect it will protect it, but it's not really something you can use to show off the device.The Drone itself is solid -- I did have a problem with it disconnecting from the remote and hovering into a tree. It tumbled about 2-3 stories down and was durable/solid enough to only get some dents and marks, but still seems to function just fine.When it became disconnected, it seems like the video it was recording was lost and corrupted, despite being 100+ MB.All in all, it seems good. I highly recommend watching their bizarre tutorial on Youtube before piloting it, and don't get it if you want a premium unboxing experience. But it's durable, has some cool features, and

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Because this drone has GPS it is SUPER easy to fly. It is very stable and I never worry about it flying off anywhere. I like flying this with my boys because I can still see my boys playing and make sure they don't wander too far but still fly this drone because I don't have to worry about the drone creeping off.Something really nice about this drone is that it comes with its own carrying case and can completely fold up so it is very compact. I have flown a ton of toy drones and this one by far is the easiest because it does not require me to install the props or set anything up.The drone comes with an app. To record videos or photos you must use the app. The app also allows you to do things like fly the drone using the app and creating pathways for the drone to fly.While the camera is not great, it is decent and much better than cameras I have seen on other drones in this price range.Overall this is a fantastic drone for an experienced flyer or beginner.

Seems to be a solid well built drone and is most definitely better than a lot of the toy class drones out there. It’s got a lot of cool features but it’s got one drawback that I hope in the future they will fix. For a drone that cost as much is this one does you should definitely have a microSD card slot on it somewhere to record the video footage. It would then free up a lot of other features that the drone has that would definitely improve it’s performance. I did have a problem with the drone but after contacting the seller they really were GREAT about helping me out with the issue in a timely manner. ( It’s very important to have such great after sales product support which this seller indeed has ) Hopefully in the future they will add a micro SD card slot on the removal camera unit ( which can easily be changed out since it’s all one piece ). That would turn a good drone into I think maybe a really great drone.

This is a good intermediate drone. It is stable and responsive. The batteries last a while (got two extra batteries). I bought it last fall (2019), as a replacement for a fly-away. But only opened the box/used the drone the first time last week (March 2020). I was very disappointed that flashing lights on one of the 4 legs were dead on arrivals. They are off, while the other 3 legs are beautifully lit. This doesn't affect flight but is more than cosmetic. Lighting on the drone is essential for the pilot to understand the orientation of the drone. For that I am dropping 2 stars. It would otherwise have been a 5 star review. Can Rabing customer support help me?The drone is beautifully built, feels rock solid and survived a couple of rough landings.

We have looked the drone over, under, and inside the battery area and there is no serial number anywhere to be found If we would hear from the company and they provide one I am willing to change my review but for now I have a great paper weight that can not be registered as required by law.

Won’t connect to the WiFi on my phone when I want it to.. it’s a huge project. It’s connected 2 times and then makes the drone remote Non functional. What am I doing wrong?
