I got this Monday and I have used it twice. I must be a bit of a wimp because one squirt per nostril is all I can handle. This stuff is potent! However once I get past the feeling of my face melting and the extreme pain behind my eyes and nose (sinus cavity is fully engulfed with fire), it clears my sinuses and I can breath. I don't mean I can just breath, I mean it's as if every crevice of my lungs are now able to fully take in air! Apparently my sinuses have been very irritated because this spray is magic at opening them up. Has it taken away my headaches? Maybe somewhat. The sinus pressure that I didn't realize I had is gone, for almost two full days!! That to me is worth every penny I paid for this product! I will keep using this and for the more pain tolerant friends I have I would definitely recommend this product. But buyer beware it will light you up!!

My wife has been suffering from increasingly debilitating, total body shut down, cognitive functions out the window, becomes another person migraines for the past 3 years. She has tried everything including the normal migraine meds, and the best they do is put the migraine off for a few days. In desperation, we ordered this... and then she never tried it.Months went by, and in the middle of an acute migraine where she was suffering terribly, she saw this on the shelf and decided to try it. Update: Well for me, this stuff works well TEMPORARILY. My headache kept coming back and I'd used the nose spray again. Finally had to take Imitrex and Fioricet to get rid of the headache. So I'm not sure if it was just going to be a really bad headache, or what. Jury is still out. Lol. Will update again when I have had more experience with this.Original review:Thank God this stuff works. I had a headache before it arrived today. Thought, well this will be a good day to try it out. Three sprays in each nostril and immediately I began to feel better. Don't know how long relief will last, but I'm hopeful. I get migraines, I have been diagnosed with "Chronic Migraines" and get the Botox shots, have tried the new Emgality and Aimovig with no help. They just made me extremely nervous and anxiety out the roof. Personally I thing Emgality should be banned, the side effects for me were awful. That said, I normally take Imitrex or Relpax for migraine and suppliment as needed with Fioricet with Codeine. So for you fellow migrianers, you know what I'm talking about. I used the nasal spray before taking any meds and I am amazed so far! I am empressed. Hey this stuff beats taking meds that have tiring side effects. Try it! It may help you too. I will update review later to let you know the longer term relief or lack thereof.

It didn’t work for me, but I can see where it might, as my migraine responds to really hot things. Certainly worth a try for others!

It works ! burns at first but it works

Didn't do what it claimed. No relief from my headache, and the stinging wasn't even that bad. Just leaves a funny feeling in your nose. Also, it says 100% Money Back guarantee, but is not returnable. I would avoid purchasing this item.
