Good product + application tip for unsteady hands.
I've been battling a monobrow since puberty, so after years of plucking, soft wax strips, and trips to the waxing clinic, I decided to give hard wax a try. This is my first hard wax kit.Pros:-the wax grabs every. Single. Hair. Which is the goal, right?-less painful than the soft wax strips for some reason-you can spread the wax where needed-I don't feel like I have to rip the wax off, I can pause if I need to-fewer trips to the wax salon!Cons:-it grabs every. Single. Hair. Do not mess up!! Study how to wax first.-the pot can become hotter than it needs to be. Give the pot time to melt the wax on a medium-high setting and you can always increase the heat later.-small learning curve. I got lots of very fine wax strands all over the place, but I'm sure I just need am improved technique and shall be referring to youtube for help.-the wax smells a little funny, but that doesn't affect function.Overall, I do recommend this product. If you have unsteady hands like I do, try the technique used to apply nail polish: start the wax application safely away from the edge of your waxing area, then use the applicator to push the wax toward the edge, then continue spreading from that point.

Learning curve
So I've never waxed anything at home before besides when I once used a Sally Hanson at home hard wax that did literally nothing. I'm a complete beginner which was my downfall in some cases. What I like: there are different kinds of wax for different things, the wax warmer keeps the wax warm for a while and automatically shuts off, the instructions are mostly clear and there is a lot of information about different waxing areas and tips and aftercare, and while there was pain it didn't hurt as badly as I thought it would especially with the after wax spray and some jojoba oil. What I don't like is the fact that the instructions don't say which wax is for what, and I think they were in another language originally and then translated. But the latter doesn't make it too hard to understand. Also the gloves that come with it are latex, so if you are a fellow latex-allergy-haver, it might be good to get separate gloves if you want gloves. I went barehanded and it didn't bother me much.Overall thoughts: research how to wax before using this if you're a beginner like me. I just kind of went for it and I think I used more wax than I needed to just to get iffy results. I know the wax can remove hair well, I think it was my technique. Also, I saw reviews saying one bag lasted a while. Either these people have tiny legs, waxed smaller areas, or actually know what they're doing (unlike me lol). One thing I learned is to press that wax onto the skin and swirl the wax around. If it hurts, you know you pulled hair. But I learned that too late because I only got one small patch of my leg done with half the bag. So more research on how to properly wax is needed.

Great little wax kit!
The wax kit itself is awesome, the warmer melted the wax pretty quickly, the temperature stayed where it was supposed to. The wax that came with it worked well, was easy to apply and didn’t get stuck to everything, and definitely pulled some hair out.I am an adult female with pcos and hirsutism. I was hoping to start waxing my fax as shaving has been causing more breakouts and skin darkening and is not long lasting. I wanted to be able to do it but it was entirely too painful for me unfortunately. I was only able to do one strip and was done. Never hurts to try and at this price you can’t beat it!

In love with waxing.... first timer here!
So to start I am new to the wax game. Never waxed anything ever in my life and I hate the prices of salons (I even do my own hair bright red). I've been seeing waxing tiktocs and thought why not. So I bought this and started with my arms. Other then getting the hang of the correct pressure it's fricken fabulous! I used the products and also used corn starch to absorb any excess moisture because I have no baby powder. I've been shaving my arms and I constantly get razor rash so I went with the wax. My hairs were pretty short so the pain was very minimal. Feels warm like a slight sun burn. Praying it lasts a while between sessions.

As a beginner This Thing is Great!
I Thoroughly Enjoyed this Mini Wax Kit and Warmer. It was easy to spread and Once I got the hang of it, I wanted to do more!As a first timer of Wax in General, I was able to do my Legs (with Very little pain), and My Under arms.My Armpits Hurt Like $&!+ . This was Something I was worried about, But WOOO!I bit the bullet and got through, With Fantastic Results! My Partner even Had me do his chest and It did Really Well. He was in as much pain as I was, But we finished and are Both Smooth!!Even with the Crazy pain for my Pits, I will still continue to Wax now instead of shaving!!

Finally the solution I've been wanting
I've tried so many things, and I have sensitive skin and course hair, of course! I found the instructions pretty easy to follow (just wish they had actual number temperature recommendations) but I found 190 to be the magic number for me - limited stringiness and not too hot, But DEFINITELY do a lower temp for the more sensitive areas! Needed 180 or even a little lower for those spots. Followed other suggestions to turn it to max and then turn it down once it was melted. There was a little blood, not gonna lie, from the spots that have especially course hair, but removal didn't really hurt all that much. I enjoyed the satisfaction of seeing all the hair come off in large amounts. From my first wax I've been good for about a week, and, as the instructions say, this helped remove a lot of the dead skin so that the next layer of hair could come through. Oh and no irritation other than the expected amount from ripping out hair, no rash, just smooth skin. Main complaint is that there doesn't seem to be a way to get more beads of the same brand easily, so I guess I'll have to shop around other bead brands to see if there is one as good as these, but for sure, I'm hooked on waxing now. Long results and good exfoliation, yay!!! (with shaving I would have stubble by the end of the day D:)
