This product works wonders for reducing my menstrual pain, shortening the duration, and lightening the flow. Before I started using them, my cycles would last 8-10 days (with the first 5 days being marked with debilitating cramps) and I was constantly changing my cup because I would lose so much blood. And that 5-day fertility window was just as bad. It was awful.I started steaming once a week a few months ago and noticed immediate improvement with my cycle. I was even able to stop taking meds because my cramps were so mild (compared to what was my norm) that I could just use a heating pad and be fine. Then, this past month I became so busy with the whole quarantine and working from home situation that I kept forgetting to do my routine steams. Welp. My cycle came and I thought somebody was trying to murder me. I couldn't leave my bed for 3 days other than to crawl to the restroom. The nausea and heaviness returned. And it went a full 8 days. I didn't think missing a month would make THAT much of a difference. But it did and I learned my lesson. I don't care if I have to squat over a pot while sitting on a Zoom department meeting. I'm not skipping a steam ever again in life. Ever. Again. In. LIFE.Now, I don't know how it works for everyone else. Our bodies are different thus our experiences/outcomes may be different too. But if you have really rough cycles like I do, then you may want to seriously consider giving this product a shot.

Initially the rose petals were really big and they were at the top of the bag so it was difficult to get a good cross section of the herbs in one scoop. I poured it all out, used scissors to cut the roses into small pieces, mixed everything together really well and then put it all back the bag. After that it was perfect! Smells great, seems to be great quality and works well for my weekly steam. I have the Magic V Steam portable steaming spa and I like to try a variety of herbs. I’ll definitely add this one to my rotation. Btw, steaming has literally changed my life! Got rid of 80% of my menopause symptoms and I am so grateful! This is essential for your wellbeing! This yoni steam is high quality, smells AMAZING and is very effective! I am Carribean and this is part of our culture, I’m glad I can find such high quality herbs for my steam. There are real flowers and different bark, it looks beautiful! Take pride in cleansing your body. Helps to keep it tight too, helps with period cramps, just read the package! I’d give it 10 stars if I could! Enjoy! Btw I do this 1-2 times monthly, can be done before or after your cycle. Invest in a good food grade bucket and a good steaming yoni seat and just luxuriate 💋😊

I purchased this item January 8th and used it right away. I used it every Sunday up until January 30th when I got a positive pregnancy test. My husband and I had a second missed miscarriage in 2017 and hadn’t gotten pregnant since then until now. I’m not sure if this product aided in me getting pregnant but I believe it did. I’m just hoping and praying my pregnancy sticks.

This is the second company I have ordered yoni herbs from. I honestly don't like the smell but this gave me a better cleanse than the other brand I have purchased. I feel like it was more effective and I will be purchasing again.

Excellent. Wonderful, fresh dried herbs. They smell great while simmering and are a good size to hold warmth a bit longer than some other steams. Excellent buy. I wish I could buy in bulk.
