This collar arrived on time, and well packaged. It feels thick and high quality, is easy to adjust, and because I have 3 dogs who really like to be sneaky, it’s nice to have the lock on the buckle. The edges work well as reflectors in the dark too (see pictures).Also the color is pretty! I will update with any future changes.Update: The red color *signifigantly* fades when I washed it. One rinse cycle and it’s pretty dull - went from a total showstopper collar to just an old one no one notices.

This collar looks great on my dog! The red/black colors really stands out on my white dog. The material used feels soft & cool, yet very sturdy ~ this was very important to me as his skin can be sensitive.

I want to retract my previous 5* for this collar as I purchased 2 for my different sized dogs (24 lbs and 85 lbs). They look great but BOTH dogs have BACKED out of them, with 1 dog chasing a cyclist down the str! The tightener is hard to get to as it is hidden within the fabric and even when tightened it seems to stretch allowing the dogs to skip the collar and escape. I have to walk both dogs with a harness on and these collars are just used to hold the dog tags. It is too late evidently to return for a refund. I have purchased new martingale collars which I know will tighten when needed. These are dangerous.

My 97lb 5 year old retriever is very stron and pulls the leash. That causes me to roughly rein him in. And that causes him to choke and cough.This wider heavily padded dog collar is ore comfortable around his neck and he obeys better.The difference in hisbehaviouandlackofchocking isa miracle.Very sturdy. Made well. I highly recommend this humane collar for all pets.

I am giving this one star because I ordered the one that says it’s 17-21.5” and it runs way too small. My dog has a 21” neck and it wouldn’t go even halfway around his neck in the furthest out position. I gave it to my son for his dog and it fits her perfectly. I’m bummed because it seems so well made and nicely padded. I love the double D ring clasp for on walks.

Purchased these collars in December for my German Shepherds. Within 2 weeks, they had destroyed them. They are NOT "heavy duty", the collars are decorative only, and not made for dogs to wear constantly. Length adjustment lock does not hold, and they could pull therm off easily. While the collars looked good, they are not functional.

The collar itself is great love the 2 rings for clipping to leash. I've had too many collars snap on me with my Amstaffs. The color wrap is not so sturdy 1 dog ended up scratching a hole in hers and 1 from playing it ripped and another ripped when my baby girl was attacked by another dog.

I’ve had it on my 130lb+ leonberger for months now and it is still in great condition. Nice and thick and the cushioning is very soft. Will be buying another for my other leonberger soon. Looks nice too.
