TL;DR Bought an old house that sat empty for years. Floors were extremely dirty and needed cleaning but now they're spotless.We recently purchased a house that sat empty for 15 years and so as you can imagine, it was pretty dirty when we moved in. The owner kept the power on so it stayed heated in winter and cooled in summer so the spiders enjoyed year round comfort. I didn't know this until we moved here but spiders poop - a LOT. All along the parameter our gorgeous plank hardwood floors were specks of white - kinda like someone had recently painted the walls and got splatter everywhere. Obviously no one had been painting plus, the walls are 200 year old hewn logs so there's no paint anyway. Try as I might, I wasn't able to get up their excrement with soap and water or ANY type of cleaners. The one product I found that WAS able to get it up also took up the varnish so that was out of the question. I looked online on how to clean their "mess" and steam was recommended. As per usual, I headed to Amazon to buy a steam mop.This mop comes in a fairly small box considering it has such a long handle. Once you take all of the pieces out of the packaging you realize it needs to be assembled. Thankfully it was super easy with the instructions and I was able to do it in about 5 minutes or so. The instructions are okay, they do a pretty good job at describing what each part does and how to work the mop. It came with 3 pads and a carpet protector that snaps on when you're cleaning carpet. We don't have carpet so that is of no use to us.I filled the water reservoir with the included cup and tested a spot first since I wasn't 100% sure if these floors were waxed or not. I waited a day and they weren't ruined so I proceeded to start on the whole house the next day. I was able to get thru the kitchen, the living room, one of the stair cases and the upstairs bath and bed before the pad was nearly SOLID BLACK. I couldn't believe it because I have HAND scrubbed these floors and mopped regularly so this was a huge surprise to see. I ended up having to refill the water reservoir once to do half of our house and I mopped on the highest setting. I still have the other half of the house to do but wanted to sit down and write a review thanking this company for making me feel comfortable walking barefoot and for keeping my white socks clean when I walk around my house (well, half of it!). I am actually looking forward to doing the other half, I just need to throw the pad in the wash to start again.

This is my first steam mop so maybe I should have done more research before buying a steam mop of any brand. First, don’t expect the “dust” mode to shine your laminate floors! Must polish with something else after cleaning or the laminate floors have these water streaks. I think that’s totally normal, though. Again, maybe I misunderstood the purpose of a steam mop (on laminate floors, that is). The “scrub” mode on ceramic tiles is magic, though! It was easy to use and it steamed up very quickly. I was able to loosen up a bunch of old, caked-on stains on my kitchen floor with minimal effort, especially around the edges under my stove and dishwasher. The slight con would be the manual. Directions are brief and sort of hard to understand. One reason is because the pictures of the steam mop against a white background. The steam mop itself is white so it was hard to tell in the pictures what I was supposed to be looking at. Assembly was very easy after I figured it out. This is a major plus!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this as christmas gift for my lazy family to clean our wood floors, walls, & windows! It comes with extended warranty (18 months) which I hope we never use. The assembly / disassembly is as easy as pushing the handle into a slot and hearing it click. The water tank has a 400mL capacity, and the cord is so long (26 ft). The box had 3 washable pads and an adjustment called “carpet glider” The handle height is adjustable, and the head allows for a back/forth, side to side rotation. There are 3 functions, click ON button to power on/dust, press ON again to mop, 3rd time to scrub, 4th time is to enter standby mode. Its good to note that the instructions advice against using hard water so make sure your tap water is not hard water and to not leave water in the tank after mopping! Everything looks good so far, will be sure to edit if anything changes in the future!

My house has been under perpetual renovation for the last 3 years - one room after another, we are renovating and bringing up to date. Unfortunately, the house still continues to operate as a normal dwelling - consequentially, I am cleaning construction dirt and dust constantly.One of my friends suggested getting a steam mop, and I can't believe it took me so long to discover these things. After filling up the mop and letting it warm up, my tiles and grout lines have never been cleaner. The cleanliness lasts about a week, before the floors need to be mopped up again.I had really been looking for something to help clean my tiles and grout lines from (primarily) drywall dust, and this thing does a killer job - super happy with this purchase

Great steamer right out of the box. I was pleasantly surprised by the power this steamer has and how quick the steam comes out. With my old steamer (which fell apart) I had to wet the pads before I put them on the steamer because it would take so long for the steam to moisten the pads and actually clean my floors. This steamer is immediate, the steam comes bursting out and the pads get moist instantly. It does a great job, is light weight and easy to store. My only complaint is that the water reservoir is small and needs to be refilled frequently. But overall 2 thumbs up.

This steam mop is great especially for the cost. I've had several in the past and I didn't use it much because it was bulky or the water ran out too fast. I have an 800sq ft apart and if it's not too dirty, it can pass all the flooring once over without refilling. However, if it needs to be refilled it's easy to do so as well. The amount of steam that comes out is just enough to moisten the floors or carpet but doesn't saturate. I used it on my carpets a lot, but unfortunately I lost the glider. It would be great if replacements were available.
