Scared me, I ordered 2 king size soft. Opened the box and two very small packages were inside, I thought they screwed up. After opening these packages and fluffing the pillows, they were right as rain. Just laying on them now, so only giving first impressions, will let you know more after I've had some time to get intimate with them.***update...loving these pillows. Having ordered soft, I assumed they would be limp, but they aren't. They are fluffy but really soft, and I really like them! Highly recommend!

Smaller than I expected .. but scrunches up enough to sleep on my side or stomach. Smells slightly weird .. air out in the sun .. then it’s ok. Cover is slightly crinkly .. quality seems good. Glad to have a pillow that I can adjust.

2/2022 update: I am still using the firmest of the 2 but it isn't all that comfortable. I haven't removed any down or replaced it in the medium one yet but someday I will try that.2021: I purchased 2 MEDIUM FIRM Queen pillows. They were delivered on Jan 19, 2021. I tried one out for about 2 weeks but didn't like the lack of support. It flattened out almost immediately upon using it.I called the company and spoke with a representative. She offered to send me replacement pillows in FIRM but if I accepted them I would not be able to return them for refund because I would not have to return the original MEDIUM FIRMNESS pillows.I agreed to this because I figured that the FIRM pillows would only be a little more form than the MEDIUM FIRM pillows.It took 1 week for the replacement pillows to arrive. However, the firmness is terrible! They are so firm the it's like sleeping on a rock!The only way I will be able to use any of these pillows will be to remove some of the filling from the FIRM pillows and stuff it into the MEDIUM FIRM pillows. That will be a challenge because the down will end up all over the place and because I don't own a sewing machine I will have to see them up by hand.The MEDIUM FIRM pillows that I ordered felt like they should have been rated as the SOFT. I say that just by judging the difference between the FIRM and the first ones I received. If the first ones were really SOFT them I would think that the MEDIUM would have been perfect. However, just by judging between the two that different fillings that I received, I can't understand how there is so much difference in the firmness of the two pillows.I guess that because I now have 4 pillows the price should be okay but I need to restuff them in order to make usable pillows.When I called customer service after receiving and trying out the first pillows I was treated great. The woman was very friendly. She was eager to assist and promptly sent out the replacement pillows. I haven't called them back after trying to replacement pillows because I don't know what can be done. If the MEDIUM is too soft and the FIRM is too hard there really isn't any other options. The only way that I can explain what has happened is if the original pillows they sent me were actually SOFT, not MEDIUM. There is nothing on the pillows that describes the firmness of the pillows, only the size (regular, queen, or king).

I Purchased a regular size soft pillow and it was delivered on time. My mistake was I didn’t realize my original pillow was a queen so the pillow was too short. So I called and talked to Stephanie. I explained The situation and told her it was definitely my fault that I didn’t realize this to begin with. I asked if she was to send me a different pillow could I get it in medium firmness. She was awesome and took care of my requests and my new pillow was sent out immediately after paying only the upgrade to the bigger pillow. After sleeping on my new pillow a few nights now I can definitely say it is so extremely comfortable and just exactly what I was hoping for. So the pillow is awesome and the customer service is awesome!

I'd like to start out that my search for a good comfortable pillow probably cost at least double the price I paid for the pair of these fantastic pillows. I have neck pain issues and typically am a side or back sleeper. I've had several of the store bought pillows averaging $30 to $70 or more that ended up not satisfying me. I've tried memory foam, shredded memory foam and even a water pillow. The down pillow is where it's at! I slept like on a cloud last night for the first time in months, probably longer. Short story, these are the real deal and well worth it.My journey didn't exactly start that way. For me when I read the description, my sleep style, a medium/ firm pillow was recommended. So I ordered the medium 2 pack. When I received them, as the other comments say, they were very nicely packaged and you could tell right away you were receiving a quality product. My first night however, while my wife, skeptical at first, instantly fell in love with hers, mine ended up being too lofty for me to use comfortably. Enclosed in the packaging was a card that read "happiness guaranteed". I called the number on the card to inquire the extent of the guarantee and was just after hours apparently to reach a capable customer specialist to help. I was instructed to email the address also on that card. I'm sure happy I did! A wonderful representative named Anna went above and beyond what I expected in making sure I was satisfied. I was sent a SOFT version of the pillow to try, and let me tell you, FINALLY I found MY pillow! She emailed me a paid FedEx label and I returned my one medium I was unhappy with. Outstanding customer service imho! Thank you Anna, and Lincove!

Finally a pillow that helps me sleep like a baby! There is nothing better than a down pillow for a great nights sleep.

These pillows are excellent, as described in the listing and exactly what I expected. The delivery was very quick and I received them in just a couple of days, considering that the product comes from the USA. I also would like to point out that the company's Customer Service is top quality in resolving any issue that may arise, which is greatly appreciated. They responded promptly and dealt with my concerns in a very respectful and speedy manner. I was a bit hesitant buying pillows online as I like to feel them first but I thought I would give this a try. I looked for a brand with great reviews and comments of soft but not too soft. I chose those company because it was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. These pillows are the best!! Exactly how I hoped it to be!!

Medium has perfect support and contours my head so nicely! It’s so comfortable it’s like my head is lying on a cloud. I hate it when pillows get flat and hard cause that gives me headache, but this one doesn’t do that!I had some shipping issues due to fedex but Lincove was very fast and responsive.

I bought 2 sets of these pillows, one firm and one medium. Have had both sets for less than 8 months and all 4 are ready for the garbage as have been shedding feathers and super fine down everywhere. Even the 2 pillows that do not get slept on, are merely decorative but stay on the bed, are shedding. I know pillows need to be replaced but not this frequently. I expected much better quality for the price.
