I am changing all out rv lights out for led. These put off a nice light for reading and they don’t get too hot.

I bought these to replace the incandescent bulbs at the head of the bunk in my camper. I have it parked 5 miles from work to save on commute cost. I leave one of these lamps on every time I leave the camper and the only time I shut it off is when I go to sleep. That thing has run 24/7 (except for being turned off for 7-8 hours 4 times per week when I sleep) for about a year and a half and still works great. It doesn't get hot like the incandescent bulb did. Spend the extra dough on this bulb. It's worth it.

The light fixtures are only warm with these bulbs. The OEM fixtures were fire hot. As stated these are bright. Fully satisfactory for reading. My only complaint is they are too bright for area lighting. Two of these light up my RV kitchen table too brightly in our opinion.

I've been looking for a 1383 LED bulb for a long time. I tried another 2 years ago, but it was 6000K (bright white, or "daylight") and not acceptable. The incandescent flood bulbs that fit this fixture burn out fairly quickly and I go through half a dozen each season. This one is about 3000K, or incandescent yellow in color. It spreads a wider light arc than the incandescent flood bulb, so it illuminates more area, which I like, because I use it over my desk/computer station in my RV. Also, it doesn't blink slightly like the incandescent bulbs do. The wife also likes hers, which is in a reading lamp over the head of the bed. She says it is brighter and wider, and easier to read with.

I love this light! The bulb is so durable. I'm not afraid that it was going to break while putting it in. I love these lights above my bed. They are PERFECT! Exactly what I wanted!!

Just some good led lights that fit the application! Don't know about the longevity yet but will see!
