It's a pretty good product. Lasted about a year. The suction was good. Every so often you would need to remove it, clean and re-suction it. Only problem is the handle that holds the shower got "Weak". I say this, because my shower head is a bit heavier than a regular shower head. It eventually could not hold the weight. It keeps slipping off once the water was off. I would assume it would be great for regular shower heads. It still works great if I had a regular shower head.

I really like it so far. It's been stuck to the clean acrylic tub wall for about 2 months now, holding a handheld ~1.7# showerhead almost constantly, removing and replacing the *showerhead* a few times a week. We don't move the product itself whatsoever, so we haven't had to use the adhesive circle that comes with it for added strength. I appreciate the quick install without having to do anything permanent or severe to my shower. Yes it's plastic, so I was very gentle when installing without incident. The metallic coating makes it appear like a higher quality product. It's a balancing act: you want a material to be light enough to stick to the wall, soft enough to not scratch your showerhead, but durable enough to hold the pivoting joint in place. It does the first two well. I'm nervous to crank it tight for a different angle, but have no reason to: we need the angle that points the showerhead as far down as possible, so I leave the joint comfortably tight and gravity keeps it where we need it. If I were to tilt the showerhead up a bit, I'd need to tighten it more to hold that position; not something I'm willing to do. To improve the product, the durability of the tightening area should be improved so it can hold other angles without fear of breaking.

Seems like everything these days is made out of plastic! The suction device worked pretty pretty well. But the ball valve for the direction was always kind of the issue. You can’t really tighten it too much or it’ll break the plastic. But if you don’t, the showerhead will be loose and fall down after a short time. So to catch 22 I purchased others since then and much to the same. I would really like to find one made out of metal that I could permanently attach. But this one worked good for a while. What can you really expect for a couple bucks?

My shower head is really high and my handheld part was too high to reach! This fixed my problem perfectly and I love that it’s suction so I can move it if I want. I was worried the suction wouldn’t be strong enough and the shower head would cause it to fall. It’s very strong and holds to the wall well. Very easy to attach and stays on. I’m glad I decided on this one.

Functions well. Glad it included a sticker incase the suction cup didn’t work (but didn’t need it so far).

I have three showers, and when I replaced my shower head with a handheld, I needed something to hold the shower head in an accessible spot (my showers were made for giants and I swear with the handheld the shower was eight feet high). This worked great, and a few months later I bought a double pack for my other two bathrooms. The double pack set was different from the first holder I got. It did not come with any instructions so I wasn’t sure what the little circle sticky pad was supposed to be used for (maybe if you have it on a rough surface, or the drywall?) since I don’t recall the other one having it. When I installed the first one, it fell off after a day, but I thought that maybe it was because I didn’t clean off the site really well at first. So I cleaned it and stuck it back on the shower wall. It fell off again, so I thought, well, maybe the circle pad thing is meant to be on there. After sticking it on, the holder has stayed on the shower wall for the last three days without falling off and I felt confident enough to install the last one. I took off a star because they really need to include instructions so you know what to do, especially if it isn’t obvious.

This product is very good. We used it to lower our showerhead so our 5 year old can use it. It has great suction, very sturdy and easy to use. We liked it so much we bought one for grandma to use when she needs to sit down and shower.

Good suction quality. Holds hand shower perfectly. Make sure the surface is glass or smooth tiles.

This worked great! It has a strong suction and very sturdy for a heavy hand held shower head. I bought another one for my elderly parent so she would have to reach far to get her hand held shower head.

Works really well on glass or flat tiles, perfect for what we wanted. Won't stick to anything uneven or textured.
