This was a great price for the 2 of them.

I have not changed my pool filter in a few years due to money constraints and I would always just pressure wash the old filter to clean it and that worked great for quite a while.Of course, like anything, it can't last forever and the original filter became a dark gray color and water would not flow as well as it used to so it was time for a filter replacement.Prices for pool filters change almost daily so timing is everything but I ended up with a decent price for this item so I decided to purchase it. I removed the old filter and put this in and all I can say is that it was like night and day. The water flow was strong and the pool was perfectly clean the next day.It seems like a quality item and is doing well. I did have to clean it of course after a while but it is working great and I am pleased with the results.I will be purchasing another one if nothing more than to have a backup for next year.

I started using these at the beginning of May 2024. The pool water never got clear. I rarely need to adjust the chemicals, but to clear it up started buying all kind of treatments to clarify the water. Areas of dirt would be on the pool floor. I figured it just needed cleaned again. Pulled these cartridges to clean hem at least once per week, was getting algae, dirt piles etc in pool. I noticed when I cleaned the filter cartridges, the inside where only clean water should be would have discoloration and dirt. I have had many pools with cartridge filters for years and never had this problem. Finally after using both in the set I bought, I decided to buy another brand. The next morning, the pool was clarifying better than it had all summer. One week later it is perfectly clear and none of the issues that I was dealing with, (little piles of fine dirt), algae growth, discoloration etc. We spent an abundance of money to fix what we thought was bad water, only to find out these filters have been the problem. DO NOT WASTE, TIME, AGGRAVATION AND MONEY ON THESE!!!!
