This Is THE Bushing Installation Tool You Want
Easy-to-use electrical cord strain relief bushing installation tool worked perfectly on my first attempt. Simply squeeze the bushing around the cord with the tool and insert it in the pass-through port. Done and done. Made from high quality materials. Reliable. Comfortable grip. Recommended.

Nice Small Crimper
I purchased this Crimper based on the mostly positive reviews. It's a nice solid Crimper. It's constructed of 3mm or ( .118 Inch) thick Stamped Steel Stock which seems to be more than adequate. The grips are comfortable and the spring work well. The pivot was not sloppy at all. This crimper was designed to do the smaller diameter strain relief bushings. The crimper jaws have an approximate 7mm Radius or 14mm Diameter to them. I have both small and large strain relief bushings and this crimper will not work on the larger ones without leaving small divots in the bushing. This is not a fault of the crimper, it's just not possible to do both large and small bushings well with only one jaw radius size. It's kinda like snap ring pliers one size pliers does not do all well. It would be nice to have a several piece set of these crimpers with several different jaw radius sizes to cover all bushing sizes. Also the jaws on my crimper did not perfectly line up when the crimper is closed. There was a very slight offset. My crimper is probably within the manufacturers production tolerances, so its not bad. It is stamped "TAIWAN". What I really like about this crimper is it's physical size, which I think is just perfect, it's not too big and it would be great at getting into tight areas.

Saved time
I was needing to replace a cord for my air compressor. The grounding plug was broken off. So I removed old cord and it had a stress relief bushing. Of course the ones on Amazon were either too small or too expensive and difficult to size. I took cord to a tool repair store and purchased new bushing for $6. I tried to push bushing thru hole with needle nose pliers or channel locks without success. I just conceded that I needed a new tool! So I bought this on Amazon. It took 5 min! This is what you need! Don’t stress. Get this crimper.

Make the job easy
I have used these a lot. They make removing/installing strain reliefs quick and easy. They work great on 90° strain reliefs. Simple to use and made tough enough to last and not bend or deform. A good value.

Right tool for the job at hand
Hereunto I had struggled to clamp down on those Heyco strain relief parts. I broke 50% of the strain reliefs using plyers, and struggled to install the strain reliefs. No more struggles. The Pro's Kit 300-151 strain relief crimper made installations a breeze. Struggles have turned into easy installations without breakages. Highly recommended!

Not good for most retainers
First time ever trying a tool like this. In the past we used a small "alligator" nose vice grip to remove strain reliefs. This device just doesn't cut it.

These are a must have for the press fit strain relief on appliances. Saves from ruining them and damaging the replacement wire.

I was repairing a 30 year old built in vacuum head from which the main wire had been pulled and trying to do the job without this tool was insane. This is a must have tool for this kind of job.

Value for the ease of dealing with annoying strain-reliefs! Having destroyed many strain-reliefs with regular pliers, these are great to have in one's toolbox.
