Spent 8 hrs trying to load & never got onto my Win 10 laptop. An internet review confirms that for Win 10 you need to be a computer tek. Even tried contacting some tek's & no one would touch this. Problem appears to be with the drivers & startup disc. Older Win versions may work. No simple solutions & no Mfg help available. They warrent Win 10 as OK. They need to have a down-load site and update their start-up disc with compatible drivers & much improved instructions. Product should be withdrawn until advertising and product is updated.
