Clears up skin better than any acne product I have ever used !!
This product is amazing on acne and even mosquito bites. Took two pills after I got ate up from fishing. Literally the bug bites were gone within 1hr.I really wish I had known about this herb in high school because my acne was horrible.

It's a big tablet difficult to swallow
So far havent seen any visible changes it has been 20 days ..there is a weird smell of the tablet...I wud prefer himalaya

Very abrasive texture for oral consumption.
The tabs are tough to gulp down and occasionally if they get stuck it gives an abrasive sort of effect to the throat. May be you want to look for a capsule version as that would be easier to swallow.I also use manjistha in powder form and I really feel it is far better to consume that since the taste is almost non noticeable vs this tab which is very inconvenient in its texture and shape.
