Very poor service
Looking at the reviews while Inhad bought it am deeply regretting. Fan is not working for over six months. There is NO AFTER SALE service in a city like Mumbai. A contact number is given where if one calls half the time there is no answer and if finally someone answers promises of sending service engineer against payment is also never met. First excuse was pandemic , then it is that they don't have engineer .The product is out of warrantyRegret having bought it

not up to the mark - short long term review
bought 2 fans an year ago, had to return initially because of a faulty unit. the units are kept in a living room on opposite sides with good air throw when both are used at the same time on the opposite side. One unit developed some snag 4 months ago. tried to contact customer support to no avail, emailed them multiple times but no response. The other unit is in its last phase, now starts with a crackling noise & takes some time to achieve its max air flow. Any one at warmex please take note... dont loose your customers.
