Love the bracelet. The stones they use are almost identical to the ones I buy at an even higher price elsewhere. So getting one for the fraction of the price is great! One of the strings on mine broke after 2 weeks. Contacted customer service and they were very apologetic and got me a replacement one asap. I even asked for a larger size this time so that I might not have this issue again. And they were glad to oblige. Customer service is top notch. Will be looking for other items from their store in the future.

I have worn it since receiving the item but I finally took it off because of the pain. It actually pinches my skin and I can't find a way to make it looser! Why doesn't the seller offer different sizes especially for people with large hands and wrists?
