Extremely Frustrating because Ive remapped other controllers before and this one just would not work with me. Galaxy S10+

I bought this controller for the iPhone 11 Pro Max based on a recommendation from YouTube. It was a little difficult to set up, but once you have everything configured, it works nicely for games like PUBG and Call of Duty Mobile.You have to download an app called G-Crux to configure it. You can use the preset config files or create a config yourself by taking a screenshot of the game and placing the buttons in the right places using G-Crux. However, there may be some offset error between the buttons you place on the screen in G-Crux and the actual touch locations. Basically, it's an iterative process of switching between G-Crux and the settings of whatever game you are playing to position the buttons, save them to the controller and test them until it works.Once everything is setup, the controller works great! It has a right trigger button like a console controller, which makes it feel like you are playing on a PS4 or XBOX. The controller keeps the last configuration you used in memory, so all you have to do is clamp in the phone, turn it on to pair and start playing. If you switch to another game, you have to switch the config file in G-Crux. The best part is you don't have to remove the case from your phone to clamp it into the controller as long as the case is relatively thin. If the initial configuration was less of a pain, I would give this controller five stars.Edit: Apple changed the way touchscreen controls are accessed by Bluetooth devices beginning with iOS 13.4, which disabled the G-Touch controller function in G-Crux. However, there is a workaround. The only restrictions are you must use the preset configurations in the G-Crux app and the R1 button is always in the top left corner. Follow the instructions below:1. Unpair the controller, and pair again by pressing “Y” and the power button.2: Update the firmware to v1.23 in the G-Crux app. Only update the firmware if you are using iOS 13.4 or above.3. Unpair the controller, and pair again by pressing “X” and the power button.4. Enable Assistive Touch in the Accessibility Settings on your iPhone, and lock the screen in portrait mode by pressing the lock icon in the Control Center pull down menu on your Home Screen.5. In the G-Crux app, go to G-Touch configuration and select COD Mobile. Choose the preset config for iOS 13.4 MP or BP, Adjust Setting and Save and Start.6. In the COD Mobile app, you need to go into the settings to configure custom controls for MP or BP. Move the fire button to the top left corner in COD Mobile and scale it up to at least 185%, so the R1 trigger will work. The rest of the buttons should already be in the right locations.Now you should be able to move around, aim with L1 and fire using the R1 trigger button. You can also move the other buttons around in the COD Mobile app if you want, but they have to match the touch points for the G-Touch configuration in G-Crux. In other words, you can move the buttons in COD Mobile, but you can’t move the position of the touch points. You can see where the touch points are in G-Crux by going to Adjust Settings, Test and saving the configuration to the device. A little green dot will flash in the touch location on the screen when you press each button on the controller, so you can see where to place the buttons in COD Mobile.

I bought this for MOBAs and I used it on both iPhone and S20. I would like to share my thoughts so that others can have a better understanding.If you are an iPhone user, it is relatively easy to pair your device with this gamepad. Just download the app from App Store and you will be good to go. But be careful if your iPhone is running iOS 13.4 or higher, which means you need to update the firmware to 1.25 (relatively easy) and it means you have less flexibility:1. R1 can only be used on the left top corner and can only be used for normal hit.2. Only R1 will work with other buttons at the same time. This means you can only use the touch screen to do other things while walking controlled by joystck.3. The joystick works really bad! It can get stucked and you will only walk towards one direction!If you are an Android user, you should give it a try. Many people complained about the remapping and it is true if you are doing it with the A3 device come with the package. In fact, you can download a software from their Chinese website and it will be very easy! Just allow the USB debugging, download the PC remapping software, plugging your Android phone to your PC, hit the button and done!It works almost perfect on Android phones without any limitations I mentioned for iPhone. The joystick works perfect and you can use every button at the same time. The only complain is that you have to keep the app from GameSir running on the top and it will make your phone hot.

The reason why I give it one star because it didn’t work on my phone.

if you think its just a plug and play don't buy it,some setting up is required before use.i also have the gamesir g5 and that works awesome as well.codm kills:avg 15 with phone screen.(no controller)codm kills avg 28-36 with controller.there's your review for you.

It was a decent controller and probably the most ergonomic out of all the mobile controllers I've used. There seem to be some actual quality compared to all the trashy phone controller out there. HOWEVER, it suddenly started turning itself off every minute or two during use. This was really disappointing as it was my favorite controller up to that point. Cool thing is, I can't ask for a refund since it is now exactly 1 week after the 30 days refund deadline.

Please do not buy this product. After ios 13.4.1 is updated this device stop working. This product is not working at the moment.I am surprised why are they selling still.

---プレイ環境---機種：OPPO Find X2 proOS：ColorOS11(Android11ベース)エミュレータ：Gamesir Worldゲーム内の移動をジョイスティックで行いたく購入。ハードなゲームはやっていないので、反応の機敏さは求めていませんでした。Android端末での使用だったので、A3が付属するか心配でしたが、キチンと同梱されていました。（事前にメーカーに問い合わせたところ、「同梱されているものある」という回答でした。。）Find X2 proで幅はギリギリ。扱いによっては破損する可能性ありです。。ソフトの導入について、まずは公式サイトよりダウンロード後、アップデートをA3と共に行いました。そこから同梱の説明書に沿って行っていきましたが、自分の環境では「USB接続時の動作は充電を行う」だとエラーが起きマッピングが出来ず、「ファイル転送を行う」設定にしたところ、無事に起動しました。立ち上がらない方は自己責任にはなりますが、設定を色々試されてから、評価を行った方が良いかと。耐久性はまだわかりませんが、ひとまず、目的は達成できたのでこの評価になります。

接続は可能です。しかし、いざゲームに使うには、専用のサイトからアプリをダウンロードする必要があります。しかし！このアプリが曲者！！Google Storeに加盟していないので、非公認のアプリ故に端末が拒否をします。つまり、ダウンロードする事が自己責任になるのです。私は、100％信用できません。色々と許可を求めてきます。もしかすると、映像（画面）を撮られている可能性もゼロではなく…そう考えると、アプリのダウンロードはかなりのハイリスク結果、ダウンロード出来ませんでした。つまり、使えないコントローラでした…

購入して一ヶ月ほど経ったので使用感等書かせてもらいますまず 持ち易さや使い心地はとても良かったですキー設定も一部複雑なモノもありましたが 概ね問題なく時間もかからず設定可能でしたただ問題点として・画面上特定のエリアに指を置いたままR1ボタンなどを繰り返し押すとゲーム画面(視点操作)が左旋回する・スティックを特定の方向に傾け その後ニュートラル位置に戻してもスティック入力が入りっぱなしとなり ゲーム内キャラが勝手に動き続ける等の問題がありました…それさえ無ければとても使いやすい商品だったのですが 対人ゲームなどをプレイしていると上記の問題はかなり致命的でしたゲーム:identityⅤ機種:iPhone XSMAX
