Puritan's Pride Calm Tabs with Valerian, Passion Flower, Hops, Chamomile-100 Tablets

I only take one pill about an hour before sleep and I feel the strong effect, it helps me to fall asleep fast and I started getting deep rest and even seeing dreams again. I also take a very small dose of melatonine.

I've been using this brand for years. They're effective at taking the edge off of stress related anxiety. I haven't had any issues with them. Will continue to purchase.

A friend suggested these as an alternative to melatonin and they work great! I take 2 instead of 4 and the dose works just fine.

I tried these and they don't seem to work great for me. I'll stick to my dose of Collagen before bed which seems to do the trick.

I have panic disorder and general anxiety disorder and my new doctor yanked me off of my meds with no tapering period so I bought these to try and help keep me functional so I can get through the workday and they are helping me do that. I would imagine if you are seeking relief from anxiety because of COVID or some other situational anxiety that they would help a good deal. I can't say they help with sleep but they certainly won't hurt.

The biggest problem is several of the ingredients are known diuretics so although it may help you sleep at the same time you will be peeing all night long. Sort of defeats the purpose.

After taking only 1, I can focus and know I will accomplish what I need to do without the feeling of stress or anxiety. Directions say to take up to 4, but I only take 1 or 2 at the most with good results. Works for me!!

I prefee Silent Night by Natures Way, but they are always sold out. These are okay, but I have to take 1-1/2x the dose to get the same effect. Still, I sleep well using these. Much better than melatonin. Plus, I am a birthworker. Often I am called in the middle of the night, I can still drive and function after taking these. All it takes is a cup of coffee.

Great for sound sleep. Think it may be good for anxiety. (have not taken during the day). No upset stomach or side effects. Glad I made purchase. Small coated tablets - easy to swallow

I tend to take these in 1's and 2's throughout the day rather than as the packet suggests in 4 at night. They take the edge off the anxiety within about half an hour. DO BE AWARE THOUGH that they make me a little sleepy - I wouldn't advise taking them if you're driving or operating machines
