I choose not to return this cheat product, because of convenience, it is for my 98 Grandfather, he can not hear the buzzing coming from that speakers, I do not hear the buzzing from the backside of the unit. (speaker aimed toward him) this product is supposed to be for the elderly/ hard of hearing, what are the odds their losing their sight as well? Yet, this product was designed with small black buttons on black fabric. My Grandfather can not see the buttons. He has dementia, so he does not remember, that they are there or to feel for them. the last Complaint is the digital audio does not work, tried a couple of devices know to work.The Positive: easy setup, long battery life. and more importantly, the overall audio level has dropped in the room and he can still hear. That makes me happy.

There was a constant buzz and the volume wasn’t enough for our needs

Has good sound and easy to use but very very short life only last about 2 or 3 weeks and it wont work any more

Works great for my dad. He is hard of hearing and it helps keep the tv volume to a normal range.

Does not work half the time

Excellent batter life and reception. Very easy to setup. I wish it was a little louder and had better sound quality. Good purchase all around.

The sound quality is not what I thought it would be. I have to lay my ear on the speaker to hear anything.
