This product is used for hoof care for my horses. When used as a poultice, it help draw out a hoof abscess.

Works great for wrapping hoofs when treating a hoof abscess

This stuff really works. I use it on myself as well. Its messy so I apply it in the tub and wrap with cling wrap around my angles or back of knee when I have a little swelling from exercise. I also recently used it on a client who is suffering from pitted edema. It really helped with him. It also takes the itch and sting out of bug bites immediately

My trainer recommended this product when my horse developed an abscess. It works as an excellent drawing agent, simple and clean. I applied the product to the bottom of the hoof to draw the abscess out and covered with a wrapping technique my trainer used involving a diaper, vetwrap and duct tape.The product is mentholated so the smell is pleasant, water soluble, washes away clean, very easy to work with. I highly recommend it.

Wow. This goop is a sensory seeker's delight, although for a sensory-averse person like me it is less than delightful. It somehow manages to be stretchy, sticky, smelly, gritty, and lumpy all at the same time, while also being ineffective in reducing inflammation. I'm honestly tempted to heat it and add water to see if it just wasn't dissolved when it was made - I don't know if it would melt or solidify! It is of no value whatsoever for equine or human use, except that I might tell my kids it's slime and let them play with it before I throw it away.
