The only small hiccup I encountered was that I had to go on their website to find out which rugs are the thickest vs thinnest. It would be great if the company provided this information upfront. I rated this a 3 because I was missing an item product showed it was supposed to come with a rug and kufi. Only received the rug which is soft and great quality just wish I had received what I paid for.
