I received this for the relief of cervical radiculopathy. It helped keep my neck in traction throughout the day when the pain became unbearable. I used it for almost a month, and initially, it was wonderful. I would use it after sitting in front of the computer for an extended period.Over time, I noticed that the air would slowly leak out and I would have to keep inflating it to maintain the tension. I decided to request an exchange since it was helpful, but it was just not working as expected. I was a day late for my 30-day return window, so I decided to message the company and explain the situation. Their customer service was extremely responsive and offered to make it right. I provided them with the details, and they sent a replacement right away. I would definitely buy again based on their wonderful handling of the situation.

Early in 2022, I injured my upper back on the right side doing housework, and endured almost three months of painful spasms. I had x-rays done and got a diagnosis of "muscle spasm with nerve implications". The muscle was slightly squeezing a nerve that ran down my right arm. We tried lots of drugs, and then went to physical therapy. The physical therapist recommended that I try a mild traction device to see if I could get some relief, since his traction massages seemed to temporarily help. He picked this device for me because it was portable and easier to use than expensive ones that needed to be attached to door knobs or door tops. I AM NOT A DOCTOR AND THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!The physical therapist recommended that I use it nightly, inflate it to slight discomfort where I can't talk easily, but not so much as to impinge on neck veins, sit upright and use it for no more than 15 minutes at a time. VOILA! In a handful of days, the three-month-long spasms STOPPED! I continued physical therapy to make sure that my shoulder regained full movement. As I continued with this device nightly, occasionally I would feel a spasm start up during the day. I'd sit up, inflate it, sit for 15 minutes, and each time the spasm would stop. It was clearly stretching some muscles that tended to tighten when I was stressed out. I've continued to use it 3-4 times a week at night while watching TV.Caveat: I've bought this twice because I used the first one so much that the Velcro eventually wouldn't hold it tight for the full 15 minutes. But, trust me, at this price, even if you need to replace it every six months because of heavy usage, IT IS WORTH IT!

I bought this not having much faith but still wanting to give it a try. This thing works and it's strong so you have to really be careful as to how much air you fill in the pillows or it may be too much. the velcro closures are definitely a poor design and they are a bit inconfortable as they can scratch around the throat, so that should be redesigned and imrpoved. But overall it's helped me stretch my neck and decrease pain from herniated disks.

Love this! I actually bought it to use on the plane so my neck wouldn’t hurt while I slept. It worked very well!

Great for stress relief. I also had a herniated disc in my neck. This was a game changer.

I can’t get it to blow up , it leaks from several connectors , not worth anything

Wish the tubing could be hidden out of the way, but working great. Retains eair without leaking, helping my degenerate disc.
