I purchased two of these to install side-by-side on a window, and have already been complimented on my "stained glass". I chose this design for beauty and because the design would allow me to align the 2 pieces almost seamlessly. This pattern is gorgeous, and looks expensive. The colors that stand out the most to me are the green, purple, and amber. The white background allows in a lot of light, but still provides privacy. I highly recommend this product. It was easy to manipulate the cling, and the cling didn't stretch or break for me.The instructions were in a foreign language, but I found a 2-minute YouTube video by the manufacturer (in English) by searching "install artscape window film".Each package included a scraper tool to smooth out bubbles, and the tool worked great. While this product requires no glues or adhesives, I needed additional supplies to install it: a spray bottle with water and a few drops of dish soap, measuring tape, a pen, a straight edge to draw my cutting line, and scissors. (The video said to use a straight blade to cut, but I switched to scissors for greater control.)Installation was easy. This is a beginner-to-intermediate level project. It took about a half hour total for me to install the two clings. If using more than one window cling, be sure that you line up your second cling and make a note of which side you'll be trimming off. It was not too hard to align the seams, and I took my time to make sure they were aligned well. When light is streaming through the window, I can see barely see the seam; otherwise, the seam is undetectable.I will buy from this company again when I change my color schemes--then again, with this particular Oak Knoll pattern, I may never have a need.I have not received compensation for my review in any way.

Let's be honest!Filtering a window light with a vinyl/plasticky film is not my ideal idea of class, delicacy and elegance! I am still hearing my mom blasting about all plastics cheap look! Unfortunately for me, my neighbor distaste on maintaining and repairing his property is a major eyesore from the master bedroom. Unless the property fence be elevated even more ( against municipal code here...) I had to come up with a creative alternative and so in a desperate move I began to check out the window films. I do have another window in this room, facing the back yard, this is why the consideration in the first place.I scrolled over the not so plenty designs and decided for this one as it matches perfectly the chandelier style and color skim. The delicate pattern of the opaque clear is still on the majority of the surface letting light pour in galore. Besides, the stylish and colorful leaves and organic shaped branches give an understated art deco flair.The overall impression is above all my expectations and I am very happy with the product ease of install, instructions, quality. Price wise, I had to order 2 sheets to cover this window but in conclusion the price is right for this fantastic result.FYI this window is located in Los Angeles and facing south, but the photo was taken in a cloudy morning.

I have octagon windows in each gable end of our cabin, and because of their height from the ground (about 15' high), the exteriors of these windows don't get cleaned too often. I was sick of peering out the loft end window, and looking at smears and spider webs. So I purchased a sheet of this film as a solution.I had seen a similar product in the big box home stores, but the designs were limited, expensive, and came on a roll that was more than I needed. So I was really pleased to find such a variety of designs here on Amazon, and be able to purchase a size that eliminated wastefulness. Finding it at a fraction of the cost was a huge plus as well.When my film arrived, I was instantly pleased with the quality of the material. Its thick, textured, and the colors are very realistic. They even included a squeegee for application.Since my windows are octagon, I made a pattern of them out of paper, so that I could cut my film to size with scissors. The film was a breeze to install, just be sure to have a sharp exacto blade handy for trim work, because as mentioned, this film is quite thick. I couldn't be happier with the instant transformation of our windows.

I was expecting at least enough to fit one window but the design is nice had to buy more for other windows other than that easy to install

Looks amazing once installed! The only reason I've giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the installation was more difficult than it needs to be. There is a warning in the instructions to not get the paper backing wet - well, when they say wet, they mean that the paper needs to stay bone dry, or you will have a real mess. I set one of my cut to size pieces down on concrete, (The concrete felt dry). When I peeled the backing off, it left bits of white paper stuck to the plastic film everywhere where it had touched the concrete. The best theory I have is that the paper backing absorbed some moisture from the concrete, since the pieces which I did not set down on the concrete didn't do this, and they were all cut from the same sheet using the same tools.I almost gave up after trying to peel and scrape the paper off, but then decided to try actually washing them off (figuring the piece was junk either way, so I had nothing to lose at this point). I was able to salvage the piece by soaking the paper bits off of the plastic film with warm water and gentle scrubbing, and then installing the film per the instructions. After a couple of months, that piece is still attached, and seems to be staying in place just fine - the edges are tight, no bubbles etc.I should point out, this also removed the milky substance that is on the back side of the film, (which I assume is a glue of sorts?) and likely voided any warranty that might have existed.Other than the paper/moisture issue, installation is simple and the product works well. Moral of my story is: keep the paper backing completely dry!

Amazing staff. Very pleased

Goes on quite easily, just the little squeegee tools came apart while smoothing aggressively. The patterns line up top to bottom and side by side as well! A few bubbles are visible on the backside if you don't spend the time squeezing all of them out but looks amazing from the inside and out as well. Has a strong vinyl smell when you first peel the backing off so I aired it outside for a while and left the windows open. Fine once on the glass. Light comes through well but offers a lot of privacy- can't really see any details while looking outside in the yard as the film has a translucent pattern like etched glass. Would buy again. Love the Oak Knoll pattern- really makes a colourful statement without being too busy.
