Bought these for my mom. They fit very well and they provide great absorption. Love that they are washable and reusable. Sure saves money on the costly disposable ones. Love that they are cotton and not anything that might irritate her skin. I wash and dry them. Sometimes you do have to make sure to straighten out the pad area after taking them out of the dryer. I still wouldn't trade them for something else. They really are very good.

I ordered these panties in a size 4X thinking I would have plenty of room. My hips are 51 inches. I received my order on Friday, August 10. I tried them on and had plenty of room. I laundered according to instructions on panties, They shrunk so bad I can't even pulled them up. Now I'm out $50.00 and Wearever won't take them back because they were a multi-unit package. I understand a no-return policy on underwear but you really should warn people the product will shrink, a lot. I have reordered 2 sizes larger, hoping I have better luck this time around. I order from Amazon 2-3 times a week as I'm in a wheelchair and it makes my life much easier. The vendor is going to replace the items. That's my kind of company...

I did not like that the plum color was canceled with no choice to replace with a different color. Do not like the white at all. Highly recommend the black or other dark colors. Can't get certain stains out of the white and they never feel clean even though they are. Other than that, I use these as an extra protection over my pull-ups for bladder and bowel incontinence. They are super absorbent and make me feel so much more secure with no embarrassing accidental leaks. I ordered a size 6x although my measurements would be closer to a 5x. The 6x fits perfectly so I would say they run a bit smaller than the stated measurements. I love having a real undergarment to mask paper pull-ups but the leg elastic is a bit uncomfortable. Will definitely buy more, in black only!!

They are on the small side, don't give, so order next size up. The products material and construction is very good. I'm reordering bigger size will let you know about absorption.

The high price for a pack of 3 should be a warning but I wanted to try this product for fit and effectiveness. If this was to meant to aid in nightime incontinence it was akin to sleeping in wet drawers. During the daytime, the bulky crotch was not only uncomfortable and impossible with the addition of a pad, but completely unwieldy. Not buying another set.

These work well and are comfortable for my 92 year old mother. She is incontinent and allergic to disposable under wear. The more incontinent she becomes the more layers we add. She wears two at the time during the day and three at night along with plastic cover up pants. They layer well. So happy we found these. They run very small. She normally wears large but wears 2X in these and they fit perfectly. FYI She wears size 14 slacks.

I really had high hopes for these to replace throw away pads for at during the work week (I work from home). But after sitting at my desk for a couple of hours I got up to find my jeans WET. The only leakage was earlier from a cough, not much but enough to moisten the pad in the underwear. It appears that the cotton edging for the legs draws the moisture out of the pad and to the edge. Add the pressure of me sitting for a while and all of the moisture went to my jeans. So these aren't even good for low flow sporadic incontinent leaks unless you don't plan on sitting down.

My mother, 96, needed overnight protection. She hated the pads and diapers and plastic over pants! These super absorbent are designed for those who sleep on their back. Several times she has needed the highest rated , and reports that her bedding remained dry. After 6weeks use, she tells everyone about them. Size is an issue. At 135 pounds, she finds the size large to fit well. I think that would be a size 7 in Jockey brand panty.
