As soon as I took these out of the box a paint chip appeared before I ever even installed them. I’m remodeling (which takes time), and the RETURN WINDOW on this item it was less than a month. I am feeling pretty ripped off. Even if they are inexpensive, one would expect the paint to be baked on.

These hooks have a soft gold color and are very heavy duty. Such a nice addition to the kitchen.

We purchased these hooks to replace the TURS SUS brand we originally purchased. These are much better quality and the hooks are mounted straight on the back plate! Overall happy with the purchase, it came with everything required to mount to most wall types and no sharp corners like the other ones!! My only comment would be the hook should be centred a bit better on the back plate, but overall I am very happy with the purchase.

I tried to reach out to the suppliers on amazon, but have not heard back. So, zero stars for customer service. These are sturdy looking hooks, but BOTH came nicked and one of the hook was molded on slightly crooked. So, if you're looking for a hook and don't really care about the imperfections then these are for you, but i'm putting in an 18k bathroom, so I'm rather disappointed that there wasnt even an acknowledgement from them. These are going back.
