Decent quality
The toilet paper dispenser at our house is built into the side of the shower....whoever came up with that logic is an idiot because the toilet paper gets soaked if you put it there. So we’ve always just kept the roll sitting on back of the toilet tank. Came across this and it fits nicely on the counter and looks better than a roll just sitting on the back of the tank.
