I bought my Eccotemp and it never worked right from the start, it would error out and not work properly. When I got in touch with the company, ,they wanted me to send them more money for parts. As a disabled US veteran, I am on a fixed income and they would not honor their warranty.Don’t let this happen to you, thank you Eccotemp. First year of a 5 year. warranty.

Do not buy anything from this Eccotemp
Installation went fine and the unit failed about a year later. Trying to get parts to repair under warranty is impossible, I even said I would pay for the parts and they they still did not want to send them as it was not their process you have to follow their trouble shooting process before they will send parts, I am not a gas technician and do not want to spend another week without hot water while they do not send the parts my installed asked for. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THESE PEOPLE i WOULD GIVE THE NO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!

Instant Hot Water
This water heater is top notch. It provides hot water within seconds not minutes. Easy to operate. I would absolutely buy it again. The only thing I would like to see built in is a timer. Otherwise it meets and exceeds my expectations.

Good Value
The part I did not like is the reversing of the gas and water feed from the old one, so far it has worked flawless, recovers quickly.

awsome water heater
my water supply comes in at 38degrees and this heater will heat at 120degrees all day long,full flow with a half inch water discharge.brilliant.
