Well made , and does keep food piping hot. Only problem I had was removing the protective film from the stainless steel

Bought this before a catering event. Took it out to test and realised that there were slight burn marks on the inside and when I put water into the Bain Marie it all came out via the water valve. I thought the mistake was mine but found that the lock off take was damaged. I have requested a refund. However I have given them the benefit of the doubt and have re-ordered. So…watch this space! It I have the same issue I will let future purchaser’s know.

The Bain Marie is well built, easy to use, clean and store. I find it very useful in our medium-sized cafe'. Cheers.

Leaked unfortunately.Apart from the leak it was fine

The commercial bain arrived in time and well packaged, good quality however, after unpacked to have it tested, it works but started dropping water. It had to be returned and I was issued a refund without no problem. I just can imagine if I had waited a month, on the day of use to learn of the dripping, it would have been a pain.
