Neat, efficient packaging, with a netteted bag to hold the headphone in. 3 bud sizes and “ear grips”.Easy to set up and pair with a really good sound quality it took them a day to settle in, after which time I was really impressed with its ability to handle the minor details.They took charge as soon as received with a blue LED indicating they were fully charged, I have tried charging a few days later and no LED indication of charging or not so can only assume they have broken. (I have tried using an alternative charger cable and plug socket)Great shame as a great quality and gutted to be having to return!!I emailed the team to inform them of this, and have been blow away by the service, excepting a return and replacement within days, even upgrading the headphones free of charge!

Absolutely love them! Use them when I go to the gym mainly but I use them on a daily basis. Have had them for a couple of months now and there are no signs of them getting old/breaking. Pretty decent sound quality for the price you pay, but definitely not enough bass and the volume could be louder. They're comfortable too and great for me since they fit almost perfectly compared to other sports earphones with the hooks which don't work for me since I wear glasses. Sometimes they do have the tendency to fall out when I am doing exercise but I think I just need to change the shape of the earbud. Battery life is great though and the mic works clearly when I make phone calls so no complaints, would definitely recommend!

The sound quality isn't that much. I think that is the reason why it is cheap. For me personally, it does not look good when wearing it. As a Bluetooth device, you can only pair it with one device at a time, which means if you want to pair with other devices you have to reset the headphones and set up a Bluetooth connection.However, the service was very good and helpful. Would look forward to improvements on this product in the future.

These are great. I use them while exercising on my mini trampoline, I jump there and jump wildly! Unlike my old Apple headphones, they stay in my ear. Bluetooth is also great, so you don't need to connect to your phone/player, etc. You can find something that is better for you. Easily pair my iPhone. Absolutely recommended.
