Product works great and the price is much below HP cartridges. The Kingjet customer service is excellent. My printer had updated its software and the Kinjet cartridges I bought would not work. After I returned them, Kingjet offered to send me a set of updated cartridges for free, and if they didn't work, I didn't have to return them. They arrived today and were installed and they work great. It's nice to know they have an excellent customer service department.

Although there an with the cartridges, customer service responded the next and has provide an explanation and resolution to the problem. Excellent customer service always deserve recognition.

Great product, and great customer services if you do have a problem with there product. I use this ink every day for my business, it last longer than the HP ink.

If your cartridges don't work, contact the seller before leaving a bad review. Your HP may have updated and need newly updated cartridge. If so, the seller will send you new ink. They are so easy to work with. Ink is a great value and lasts as long as name brand.

Item does not work in my printer. I only tried 1 cartridge and I assumed that all would do the same thing. I order this item with a huge task at hand and because it did not work it set me back on my project. I had high Hope's but unfortunately it did not preform as expected at all.

Works as good as the expensive stuff. Used it before.

I used to buy these all the time and never had any issues but recently purchased a few and none of them will work with my printer. Just a waste of money!

Printer wil not recognize cartridges useless.
