Have been buying these for a while from USAPrinterGuy; excellent price, OEM brand new and just perfect. So many brands (especially remanufactured) don't include all the new goodies like the rollers, transfer roller, etc. This package includes everything you need to perform a perfect maintenance kit. It's new, it's a great price and it's what you need. Nothing more, nothing less.One more thing: USAPrinterGuy rocks!!!

This is not a Genuine HP part as depicted in the photo & the description. The instructions are copies not originals & the parts are obviously 3rd party sourced. This would not be a problem if they worked properly, but within 2 days my clients were complaining of a loud noise & I had to make a second trip to verify the noise & will now have to order a GENUINE HP part & make a 3rd trip for the repair.
