Great sound and touch controls, decent software but plenty of connectivity issues. DON'T USE IPA!
I've used the Libratone Track Air+ earbuds for the past 2 years and this is what I think about them:Case - Very small, fits easily into your tiny jeans pockets and its got wireless charging but it can be tricky sometimes to open the case with one hand.Style and controls - Striking wedge shape design which I like and the touch controls are decent enough with 2 taps required to play/pause and 3 taps for skipping forward and back etc. But there's no volume control as far as I know. Pairing to my smartphone however was very easy.Comfort - It fits nicely in my ears with the included medium-sized tips but it can get uncomfortable after an hour of use for me. Didn't try the other sizes however.Sound quality & connectivity - I was able to use AptX bluetooth on my phone at best and the sound quality is very good in my opinion and it gets loud enough to hear in most situations. Tiny bit of lag when it comes to watching videos and more so when playing games. However whilst the connection between the earbuds and my smartphone were very good to begin with, a year later the sound would cut out quite a few times depending on how you put your smartphone into your pocket and it got annoying pretty quickly for me.Software - You have to install the Libratone app on your phone which is free to use and doesn't require a seperate account. The interface is pretty simple to use, noise cancellation has loads of different levels to choose from but only one level for ambient noise passthrough. The EQ is not great as you can only choose from bass, treble and voice presets, not individual frequencies and when it comes to updates it gets very finicky depending on if the case is being charged or not and if the earbuds are in the right place.Noise cancellation - I find level 10 is the best for me since it filters out annoying higher frequency noises like screaming (which is almost a phobia for me now sadly) the most but it's not perfect since I could still hear a bit when I'm walking around town especially when not playing music. Level 30 is better for filtering out lower frequency noises like planes and rumbling noises etc.The ambient passthrough feature works well too.Battery life - Not as long as they stated in the description (about 4-5 hours) which I find is quite common on most other devices.A WORD OF WARNING - You must be VERY careful with what you clean your earbuds with because I once used Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to clean the earbuds to see what effect it would have on the wax and unfortunately after a hard day of use the stalk out of the back of the earbuds came off and had to be glued back in with superglue. It then held the stalk on firmly for the next few months until it came loose again and unfortunately when I tried superglue again, it wouldn't stick on anymore so I had to dispose of the earbuds after all that use. If I used a gel-type superglue the stalk would probably have stayed on even today.Simply put, DO NOT use solvents like IPA to clean ANY of your earbuds as they will dissolve the adhesive that holds the stalk/backing onto your earbuds, potentially rendering them useless!

Stylish with fantastic sound but poor battery life
I've been using these earphones for 2 weeks on my daily London commute and here's my opinion:ProsSize and style - they look the business!Sound quality, it's warm and rich with good bass. I think they sound better than my Shure SE535'sThey are comfortable to wear, they stay in my ears just fine. I haven't tried them on a long run yet, but they didn't fall out when I ran to catch a bus.ANC is respectable for such little earphones, I feel they block out about 75% of surrounding noise and seem best at blocking out droning noise like traffic and trains. Not so good at blocking voice noise, screaming babies/children/teenagers, shouty men and loud laughing ladies.Mildly annoying aspects:Having to use the app to check battery lifeThe assistant tap only opens Google Assistant on my phone, it doesn't read messages via the earphones (which my Bose QC 35's do)Bluetooth connectivity is rubbish in city areas, like train stations, shopping malls and everywhere around central LondonSometimes, if you activate the Bluetooth on your phone after you've put the earphones in your ears, they don't connect and you have to go through the process of putting them back in the charging case and reconnecting.ConsThe battery life is not 6 hours, I get 3-4 hours for whichever earphone is the main one connected to Bluetooth. The battery life of the secondary earphone drains at a slower rate. I've contacted Libratone about my earphones not achieving 6 hours of operation and I'm still waiting for a response, I'll update this review when I do.Battery life when utilizing the storage case seems to give about 12 hrs, (not the 24 hours advertised) ie 12 1 hour intervals, for me this is about a week of commute journeys. When the battery life gets to 20%, there's an annoying warning beeping. There's no volume control tap functionThe silicone ear tips that come in the box aren't great and the overall noise isolating is improved by replacing them with foam tips like InAirs (Air 1), however large size foam tips might be too big for the charging case, which could prevent the earphones from charging. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and they suit my needs as lightweight, commute journey earphones with fantastic sound.Due to the poor battery life, I wouldn't recommend them for long flights, ultra marathons or 8 hours of office workEDIT: Another week has gone by, Libratone got back to me about the poor battery life of my earphones and they recommended a hard reset. I've done a few hard resets and the battery life has improved to 5.5 hrs. Also, the right earphone stopped emitting sound, so I did another hard reset and it is working again.

Unusable in crowded public places due to interferences
I am really struggling with these earbuds: I'd really like to give them since stars, because+ the design is amazing and to my knowledge, there are no comparable earbuds with ANC+ Fit is good and the noise cancelling is detectable, even worked very good on a plane (no comparison to over-ears like my Sony WH-XM2, though, but this is to be expected)+ touch control works perfectly (no accidental activation of commands) and can even be customized in the app!+ both earbuds can be independently paired, there is no designated master per seMinor issues which would not decrease a potential 5-star rating include-battery life with ANC not as stated, more like ~3.5 hrs-@libratone: please accept it if I'd rather not share my location with your app!!!! I need to refuse the location request at least three times before I can access the app... EVERY TIMEBut the main reason for me giving only 3 stars:These earbuds are unusable, if you are a commuter who needs to frequent busy public places. I live in London and in many public train stations such as Liverpool Street, Hyde Park Corner and Marylebone, these earbuds suffer from severe interferences and you just hear fragments ("unusable" is no understatement, I do not tend to exaggerate). If you place your phone next to your ears, the connection is stable, but as soon as I put the phone in my jacket or trousers, the connection breaks off constantly.A real shame, because they are otherwise perfect for all sorts of activities, e.g. sports
