Folkmanis Barn Owl Hand Puppet

This is a lovely puppet. It has enough body to look nice even when you do not have your hand in it- it does not have that floppy look some puppets can have when they are not being used. It is easy to animate- both wings and head position are options, and my sons have had fun carrying it around pretending it is a real owl, even though they consider themselves too old for plush toys. The plush is nice quality, very soft.

this toy is a wonderful toy and is safe for little kids.but lets get to the point.my mail lady is so slow. she said she delivered it and amazon said it was too,but was not in my mail box my daghter was upset. so me and my mother called amazon help line they were so nice and helpful!!!they contacted the big zoo (a seller)and they contacted the post office and they said they did not even see it!!! we knew something was wrong.the big zoo told us they would send another one or give me back my money but the post office got a call from amazon.then the package came the next day hummmm i wonder how that happened??!! well the bottom line is that this seller is top notch and profesional.if you buy,buy from them.very impressed!!!!!!!

I'm pretty disappointed in this puppet. For the price, I was expecting better quality, but the craft is really quite lousy. It looks nothing like the picture, but a poor version at best. I thought at first that it was because of the lousy packaging, being stuffed and squished inside a plastic bag and box, clearly for a long time. But the face is totally crooked! I tried to straighten and fluff it out, but I think it's really just sewn badly. The beak is crooked and not centered, and one cheek is larger then the other. Honestly, it looks kind of demented....not so cute. It's an Easter gift, with no time to replace, and I'm on the fence about returning it. I probably will. Bummer, since I ordered the eagle for my other child which is quite nice, and now I won't have an equally special gift!

Beautifully crafted owl puppet. I'm not sure why the head is cocked back so. Inside the head there is a long cone fastened to the wall of the lining. I snipped it loose to give the head more freedom of movement. My grandson is delighted with the puppet!

Bought this as a gift for my sons friend who loves owls. I was disappointed in the quality of it for the price I paid for it but she seemed to like it

This puppet is so cute and I know this kids in story time at the library are going to love it. Great size, great fluff and overall realistic (but still cute) puppet. Well made.

This darling soft Folkmanis Barn Owl is so appealing! His face has such personality! He is the perfect toy for story book read-alouds. I love owl stories, and this little barn owl called to me!!!

Wonderful quality and weel made toy. Little grandson was delighted. The sutle expression made the barn owl all that more appealing.
