Almost finished with my first order and going to order again. I love this product! I mix a smoothie with oatmeal, vanilla keto protein powder, almond milk, almond butter, brewer’s yeast, and this lactation smoothie mix. Tastes great altogether and my supply is excellent. I throw a little goat’s rue tincture in there along with a couple packets of pyure sweetener and ice. My 7 week old is exclusively breastfed and I’ve managed to stock 48oz in the freezer so far. I used moringa, shatavari, and goat’s rue with my last kiddo, but not much experience with milk thistle and ashwaganda. Loving the results though.

Absolutely loved the results of this product, however the taste of this is HORRENDOUS. I had to experiment with a few smoothies to try to simmer down the taste (even plugged my nose a few times and just chugged the drink down). Would have give 5+ stars if the taste wasn't so strong.

I love Freshly Moms! The whole concept of their offering is great - nutrients for mom to help support her supporting her baby. Love it! The smoothie was great. The taste blended perfectly with my smoothie. I used a banana, avocado, kale and mango smoothie blend. It was delish. I can’t wait to see the results since this is day 1 of trying it.Saw the taste review above, but i have to disagree.

I ordered this smoothie mix along with the Freshly Moms Hot Cereal. Love them both. This one is just such an easy way to get some healthy micronutrients into my diet. No sugar or hidden sugar like substances (unlike most other so called healthy foods which are packed with sugar). And all those good greens and other nice things packed in helped boost milk supply. I think I will end up a Freshly Moms regular!

I heard about them during a moms support group. The products are great so far! I got the granola and the smoothie mix, and i have been using them for breakfast and snacks! The granola is soo good!Their customer service has been awesome too! I reached out to them to see if they were going to be at any local farmers market and they were the ones to let me know about amazon!

I purchased this product to increase and improve the quality of breast milk I produce.This is my first purchase and I can already say customer service is excellent!I had a great experience with re-solving my issuesI tried the smoothie mix today in my coffee and taste was as I expected for a Ayurvedic product.My first time tasting/trying and I am looking forward to results.I saw some reviews about horrible taste but if you as the customer are doing your due diligence of finding out about ingredients you shouldn’t be surprised.If it takes you researching each ingredient, it’s pros and cons it would let you know most can be bitter or not have a sweet flavorThe awesome part of this product is that it has no sugar.Sugar is not added like other products on the market, which can add pounds in the long run.Overall I am pleased with the product and service and will update review as I notice any results.

The taste is horrible. I’m not sure if it works because I couldn’t stomach it for longer than two tries. There’s no way I can put this in anything that’s not already overly flavored without throwing it up. The taste is that bad.The positive is that it doesn’t have a ton of added sugars or carbs so if it does actually work for youI’ll try and tough it out and then update this review afterwards, but for now I can say I just wasted my money.

This does not taste good and didn’t seem to increase my milk supply. I put it in mixed berry smoothies because that was the only thing that kind of masked the taste.
