Pellet Stove Burn Pot - A-S-INSERT

I used this in my pellet stove. It fit great. After a month I noticed the bottom started to crack and the holes began to get bigger. I clean my pot everyday y th I have a good air glow. Not even 2 months and the holes were bigger or Combined and the pellets were falling through. I called customer service and they asked what I was burning like corn or what. I took pictures of my bags of pellets to show them I only use Bear Mountain. It took a week of back and forth emails and I finally said I just want a refund cuz I saw that I wasn’t the first person to have this happen to. They refunded my money but I asked them if they wanted me to send it back so they could see what had happened so they could improve their product but no reply. Don’t recommend

The pellet stove burn pot arrived on time and as advertised. Material and construction are good quality and of factory OEM dimensions. This pot replaced the burned out pot on my Breckwell P28I insert stove. It was not cataloged for my specific insert due to having a slightly different location of the hole for the electric igniter. The exact one is available, but is significantly more expensive than this unit (supply and demand, I guess). I start my stove manually, so this was not an issue for me. Although, A hole could be drilled in this pot to accommodate the igniter for my stove, if required. the The pot fit exactly into the receiver base on my stove, and functions perfectly. No issues.

Burns really clean with no debris like the cast iron pot

I have no complaints. This fit perfect and is working well for me now. I wish the price was a little lower bu but I can say that about everything.

This fit great in my Breckwell P2000FS......almost. Had to slightly modify the lower assembly (file some edges) to get easy clearance. Seems better quality than original pot. Holes are larger (less clogging) for better airflow and trusting the steel will be less likely to warp (?) than the old cast iron one.

The product is too narrow by 1 mm. The width of the burn pot should be 90mm and the ones I received were 89mm wide. They don't fit correctly as a result of being too narrow.

UPDATE - Just under a year and it has developed a crack on the bottom between the holes. I've changed 5 starts to 3 and I will update after contacting customer service.I was a little sceptical on the welds at first and I was going to return the burn pot. I contacted the seller and they said that the weld are fully covered under the warranty so I figured, I will go ahead and give it a try. I'm extremely happy I did! My igniter lines up fine and the pellets actually seem to catch fire faster than in my original burn pot. The seller shipped the burn pot fast, the seller provided excellent communication, and the burn pot works much better than I expected.

Bought this to replace the cast iron one that came with the stove(it had been used so much the cast iron had started to crumble). The stove ignited much faster and seems to burn warmer, it dropped right in. Very good replacement part.
