You can achieve the same results with an NMES unit at lower intensities for long duration much cheaper.

Recommend if you need to recover faster than normal without having to take any pain reducing medicine
This product came to my house in one day and is worth the price. This device is not like other brands that are cheaper due to your muscles not feeling fatigued after and this device does not make you tingly like other brands. I am recovering a lot faster than using ice or heat and my arm feels stronger after each use. The device even has a timer so you know how long you have been using it.
