Item was well made! I was more than pleased with its construction. It felt sturdier than a regular fishing pole. However, the packaging scared me as it was all written in another language. I was worried the directions would be also but I was in luck and they were in English. The diagram on its use was a little simple and finding out how to lock it in place took a minute.

I bought this for a shoebox gift bag. It is well made and fit in a shoebox. I think some young person in a foreign country will be very happy.

This is pretty much what it says. The reel functions fine and the pole does extend although it does not like to stay in place. It slides out when folded and tends to retract when extended. Not ideal but in a pinch it does put the line in the water.

I caught my first bass on this rod it’s perfect for kayaking or backpacking or just needing a fishing pole and a compact situation for storageThe only drawback is when you fold it it has a tendency to trigger the lien release and That get tangled

My husband keeps it in his golf bag- LOL - for the courses with lakes and ponds. Works perfectly!

I like the convenience but it's more like a toy.

Was too much for a toddler but if it doesn't break will be good once hands are bigger and little one can control it.Back is pretty but am unsure of real purpose
