Arrow: The Complete Seventh Season (Blu-ray)Following Oliver Queen’s shocking decision to turn himself over the FBI and reveal his identity as the Green Arrow to the public, Oliver has spent the past five months in prison while his team was left behind to protect Star City. In the wake of Ricardo Diaz’s escape, Oliver has yet again turned into someone else inside Slabside Maximum Security Prison. He is determined to keep a low profile to shorten his sentence for the sake of his family. But Oliver’s limits will be tested when he and Team Green Arrow are pitted against the most ruthless villains they have yet to face.]]> Review: Setting up a (potentially) great final season (prior season spoilers) - +++Warning, this will contain spoilers from the prior season, but no major season 7 giveaways+++ This season deals with a lot. It is, in part, a resolution of the events of season 6, the main story arc of season 7, and setting up season 8, including what will be the massive crossover event involving all the current DC shows, and possibly shows no longer on the air. The season starts out with Oliver in Slabside prison, having admitted to being the Green Arrow and turning himself in at the end of season 6. He has to not only survive being in prison with many people he helped put away but also a continuing threat from Ricardo Diaz. About 1/3 of the way into the season we get the crossover. Like was the case last year, all the crossover episodes (this time just three-parts including Flash and Supergirl episodes) are included on the blu-ray set. The crossover this season is called Elseworlds and is in-part a self-contained storyline and in-part total setup. It also introduces the character of Kate Kane (aka Batwoman) played by Ruby Rose, which will be the newest spinoff show starting this fall. The remainder of the season involves the "big bad" of the season who is someone with ties to Oliver's family. This season also replaces the flashbacks with flashforwards (to 2040) which introduces new characters and sees Star City in a very different light. For those who get the blu-ray, the series looks and sounds great. The set finally has a true play-all mode that allows you to pick up where you leave off, even if in the middle of an episode. The bonus material includes deleted scenes (about 10 minutes worth total), a gag reel, highlights of the comic-con panels for Arrow, Flash, Legends, and Supergirl (which will very likely be cumulative with all the other shows), a feature on the DC comic villains (again likely will be included on all the other shows (including Gotham)), and a 45 or so minute feature on the crossover event (again will be cumulative). Overall a decent amount of material. The season continues to be well written and acted, and manages to give the gigantic ensemble cast, not an equal amount of time, but a good mix for the various characters. There has definitely been a shuffling of the cast over the years and that continues with some characters dropping down to a recurring role, others being promoted to series regulars, and even some cameos from past characters. If you are a fan of the show, even if you think it is getting a bit long in the tooth, it is a good pickup. Review: Gracias una de las mejores serie en buena condición

Can't miss
As the series winds down, this second last season doesn't disappoint. A new archer is introduced, as is The Monitor, an omnipotent figure who is looking for a team of heroes to prevent a coming crisis. Fans of DC comics will need to watch the crossover series, all episodes included on this Bluray set. Notch the arrow, pull the string, and release for the penultimate season of CW's Arrow!

Arrow season 7
This was a great season to wrap up the series. I loved the romance between the lead characters. Arrow will be missed.

Love Arrow!
So I am old fashioned and prefer to have the physical DVD in my possession and of course "Arrow" is the best TV series ever made!

Make sure Amazon package better
I would give it five stars because of the show but Amazon took away a star. It was a nice gift but thanks to them it's a broken case gift. Took a look and the DVDs seem fine but the case is a disaster.
