This lighter worked great when I got it, but about a week after it was no longer returnable the ignition quit working and it no longer sparks. Now it is either buy a new lighter or hunt up a replacement ignition part and repair it myself.

Gift for wife. She picked it out. She likes it. All good. Easy to refill.

Bought it because of great reviews. Not all that impressed. Easy to fill, but adjustment doesn't work well.

When it worked, it worked GREAT! But, then it stopped... Every once in a while it'll light but rarely. And I go to exchange it & conveniently, the window was closed to do so which really upset me because I really loved it when it was working! I made sure to fill it exactly how the step-by-step directions instructed & it still crapped out. It just seems like the electric spark won't spark & that's the reason it's not working. Just really frustrating because if that worked, everything else about it is AMAZING! It's dainty & not clunky or "manly" like most butane lighters, it's easy to adjust the flame right with my nail, & it came with great instructions in a nice velvety bag, in a nice box. Just really sucks! Just wish I could exchange because otherwise this review would be the total opposite with five stars...

Great consistent lighter! This is my 2nd Scorch lighter from the same seller & both have been the most dependable lighters of all. I have torch lighters from Walmart to Honest co. but my Scorches are the best! Easy to adjust flame. Just need to follow instructions exactly like depressing filler valve when first getting the lighter to dispel any excess air. You won't regret buying any Scorch!

Live this lighter, the look and feel and ease of use. Only issues I've had, the pink scraped off the bottom really easy when I used a screwdriver to turn the gas up the 1st time and several times since. Also it's not always lighting, sometimes it acts like it's turned way down. But turning it up makes it too big, and the lighter gets hot fast... Otherwise, love it!Ammendment. After a short while this lighter started being hit and miss on lighting. Finally I opened it to find the wire that carries the spark was broken within the clear plastic tube it runs through. Very upsetting because my arthritic thumb was actually able to work the lever very easily and it was very cool.

This lighter is great fot the ladies. It is so slim and pretty. Torches are the best for any weather.

This Lighter is nice and Durable and easy to hold so I like that part of it.I'm not sure if it is filling or not. Don't know if the indicator window should be showing anything.I let the air out when I got it for the 10 Sec. I even looked online on ‘How to refill Scorch Lighters’.After thinking I filled it correctly I set it down for a while and went to use it and it will not light.I can smell and hear Gas coming out but no flame.I guess I’ll have to stick to my Disposals.
