This works great helps keep my daughter from leaning to far over. My daughter is not really heavy, but the harness is a very snug fit, if she gains a couple of pounds it will be to small.

This item is not long enough to go around patient and chair. There was no option to select length. Item is well made and would be perfect if it was long enough.
