Used during summer 2019 and was just as described. It was a bit confusing to get on, but was successful in the end.

I bought this for my granddaughter
I bought this for my granddaughter for our beach trip this weekend. It was a little big on her when I tried I on her, maybe next year it would fit perfect. I gave it four stars because I have not put her in the water with it on yet.
