Works!
🧪 My personal experience I used Terro Liquid Ant Killer when ants started showing up in my kitchen, and it honestly worked better than I expected. I placed a couple of the bait stations where I saw the trails, and within minutes the ants were swarming them. I was kind of grossed out at first, but within 2–3 days, the traffic slowed down—and by the end of the week, they were completely gone. ⸻ ✅ What I liked • Strong cleaning power: The borax formula attracts ants quickly and works by having them carry it back to the colony, which helps get rid of the whole problem, not just the ants you can see. • Fast results: It worked within a few days for my situation, and I didn’t need to constantly reapply. • Easy to set up: The pre-filled bait trays are super convenient—just snip the top and place them where ants travel. • No strong scent: It’s odorless and not irritating, which I appreciated since I used it indoors. ⸻ ⚠️ What to watch for • Leaks: The liquid can sometimes seep out and create sticky spots, so it’s best to place it on foil or a paper towel to protect surfaces. • Takes patience: You do need to let the ants gather around and take it back to their nest—it looks worse before it gets better. • Not ideal for huge infestations: I think it’s perfect for light to moderate ant issues, but larger infestations might need additional help. ⸻ 💸 Value & sustainability It’s super affordable and lasts a while. I also liked that it’s considered a less harsh chemical option compared to sprays, which makes it feel a bit safer to use around the home. ⸻ 🧾 Final verdict Terro Liquid Ant Killer is definitely something I’ll keep on hand. It’s easy to use, works effectively, and gives real results without a strong smell or mess—just be prepared to wait a couple of days while it does its thing. Great value and peace of mind in one little tray.

Essential for Ant Problems
The key to this bait is the active ingredient (Borax) mixed with sweet bait. The ants are instantly attracted to the liquid. Initially, it looks like the invasion is worsening as dozens of ants swarm the bait stations, but this is the crucial step: the worker ants consume the liquid and carry it back to the colony, including the queen. Within 24-48 hours of placing the bait, the ant activity slowed dramatically, and within three days, the entire trail was gone. The whole colony was eliminated! For the price of a single pack, this product completely solved a pest problem that had been nagging me for weeks. It’s a targeted, effective, and efficient solution that costs far less than professional extermination services.

Great ant bait. Gets rid of ants at the source.
Great ant bait, much better than the little houses they now sell. I want to see those ants on the card, not hiding in the little plastic house.

Messy but works
For $3 it's pretty good deal. It attracts the ants who either get stuck in the goop or take it with them and go die somewhere. Unfortunately it is very very messy and it dries like strong glue–there's a small piece of one of the package cutouts permanently stuck to my floor and I'm going to need to use Goof Off to take it off. It also needs to stay where it is for a long time, it takes a while to work. It is effective though. KEEP AWAY FROM PETS it is toxic and it will stick to their paws fur etc. I'd recommend making a tiny "cup" out of tinfoil (it will spill right off a flat piece of cardboard) and hiding it in a nook where the ants are and pets can't get to it.

Very effective!
It works! One day my wife noticed a trail of tiny ants marching from under the baseboard near our patio door, along the edge of the dining room carpet, in single file, right up the wall in the kitchen into one of the kitchen cabinets. My wife had a couple of bottles of honey in there and they were loving it and moving in. We tried all the traditional home remedies, which all failed, and standing there day and night and playing Whack-a-Mole was out of the question. However, this stuffed worked. Within a day, the numbers were way down. Two days, only a few per hour were coming in. Within a week, only an occasional straggler. After that, only a rare ant here and there was left and they were totally gone from the house by 10 days. The manufacturer tells you to leave the traps out for at least a couple of weeks. They haven't returned so far. She's happy, I'm happy, and the ants aren't around anymore- I guess they're not happy. Just one last note: The stuff is not toxic to most pets, but could make them sick if ingested. It's only borax and honey for the most part. Keep the goo in places where Fido, Kitty, and the kids can't get to it.
