It's Decent for the Price.
Again, I have the same concerns and questions about this stand up training dummy, in terms of the higher priced ones being made of sturdier materials. Since while filling this one I still had to do emergency repair stitch work on some of the stitches that came loose while I was filling it. With this dummy I filled it with a combination of the old broken down mold-injected foam from my old rescue training dummy and memory foam from a tri-folding mattress/love seat that I no longer had use for. And it seems that in this situation the standup training dummy hanging on my bag stand weighs less than the ground grappling training dummy. Even after it was attired with a uniform and combat boots, this didn't seem to up the weight enough. It might top out at maybe 50 pounds max. So I am guessing for adult use fill such things with something other than memory foam. Although this might be ideal for how to fill a training dummy meant for a child training in martial arts. And since they do offer standup training dummies that do come filled but cost more, I would choose to instead have gotten that variety, as to fill up each of the current dummies that I got, took about 4 to 5 hours to fully fill them up to be of enough use.

Overall great
If using memory foam filler, it takes quite a bit more than you expect. Ended up doing a combo of memory foam and old towels. Seems to be overall very durable. However, the lettering started peeling off within a couple uses. Not a big deal to us since that has nothing to do with what it's used for. Just speaks to potential quality issues down the road possibly. But so far so good.

Good value for the money
Just so everyone understands, you have to fill the wrestling dummy. I used old clothes and coats, but beware this will take A LOT of material. Once I packed it all in there as tight as I could get it, it is surprisingly heavy and solid. The wrestling dummy helps me with muscle memory. I’m sure there are a lot of more experienced BJJ practitioners out there who think it’s silly to practice on a dummy. Why not just go to the gym and practice with a friend? Well, some people don’t have a schedule that is conducive to going to the gym as often as they would like or perhaps there is another reason this doesn’t work for them. The wrestling dummy will help you practice moves so you don’t have to practice them on your wife or girlfriend.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. The dummy is very solid and seems it will last a long time. The drawbacks you should be aware of are:1. The arms are way too short, which Can make it difficult to practice arm bars.2. There are no feet or hands so some submission moves will be difficult to practice. For me, the length of the arms is the biggest issue. I really do wish they were longer. Despite that, I still believe this product is a good value for the money.

Better then expected
Way better than I expected I went to Walmart in soent maybe $20 on some polyfill then I bought some pool noodles and a hard foam roller for your back. I ended using a couple rolled up yoga mats wrapped in duct tape instead of the back roller and styrofoam head I found at Walmart That I had to shave down a little bit and then fill the surrounding with Poly fil was going to use a kids soccer ball if it didn't fit. I stuffed the crap out of it put pool noodles in the arm and legs yoga mats in center for body the stuffed around it as best as I could as much as I could. It's not that heavy maybe 30 pounds I could have made it heavier by putting something in the yoga mats but it's fine for just practicing certain positions. I do a lot of knee on belly stuff with it. Some full guard stuff. I put a gi on it and will throw the sh!t out of it sometimes which is fun. I like it for my kids. I teach my 10 year old daughter and 6 year old boy the basic positions and arm bars, triangles and such but I was really pleased with the it overall

Durable
My grandson love their dummy, I could had put more filling/stuffing, but at the time I wanted to see if they like them and they did. 6ft for sure, great for wrestling back with my boys. So far great durability. Would buy again. Great gifts.

Does the job and kids are loving it!
My kids can use it for martial art training and to get some energy out. I was worrued I would spend a lot of money for fill but I stuffed the legs with bed pillows I was going to toss. Rolled them up with duct tape. Arms and head I stuffed with plastic grocery bags. I'm sure I will have to add more as it gets pummeled. Body was stuffed with more bed pillows I need to replace. I feel the material is good. And if it does tear I can easily patch it.

Reliable and Serves Its Purpose
I've had this dummy for about a month, and so far it's worked fine and held up to fairly light practice. For my own use, I just work with it to help myself continue sequencing once I get back home from BJJ class. Gives me something sorta human shaped to work out what the Professor was trying to tell me to do in terms of shifting my weight or hooking my heels, etc.I filled mine with a bunch of old clothes and blankets. I didn't even shred them up like some people seem to. Just went through the closet, cleaned out junk I didn't need, and started stuffing. Works fine.

Highly recommend
Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my nephew, so far upon opening and stuffing it seems really well made. Thick canvas like material, easy to stuff. I used the whole 10lbs. box of poly-fil from Walmart to stuff him. I stuffed him fairly tight in arms, legs and head. I could of used maybe another small bag of fill for the body. It's full but could use a little more to make it tighter. But since its for a 9 year old I think it'll be fine. This is definitely a good value compared to those already filled, I've got a little under $50 total in this.
