The curtains are brilliant! We’ve previously had blackout curtains
Bought these curtains for 6 year old’s bedroom. Having previously ordered cushion covers from John Aird I knew quality would be of a high standard. The curtains are brilliant! We’ve previously had blackout curtains, which I’ve not particularly liked as they are rough and quite stiff. I can imagine these won’t offer as much black out (but we will only be able to really tell during the summer), however they are so much nicer to touch. The material is soft and for once we don’t end up with the curtains rigidly hanging on bed/heater (soft, flexible material falls into place). My little one chose the green ones to match his green cushion covers, and they look lovely.Very pleased!

24 curtain rings required, Quality: good enough for child's bedroom.
Curtain Quality: For £32 you cannot expect fantastic quality but these are pretty good for the price paid. Backing is a good black out material. Green check is a shiny material that is of reasonable quality, wouldn't say quite as bad as 'kitchen' material as mentioned by someone else. Now the pair I received did have poor stitching on the bottom (in that the hem was pulled) and has a resulting untidiness on the bottom of the curtain finish - see photos. The curtains are also creased and no amount of ironing seemed to get rid and having been hanging for about 6 weeks, this has still not reduced. BUT, I decided that given my 11 year old would not notice any of these negative points AND he loves the curtains for his bedroom AND given the reasonable price, I could choose to ignore it. However, if this was in a room like a living room etc where I could see this all the time, this quality error would drive me crazy and I would expect to spend more money for a quality product.Curtain Design: Its a shame this is not tab top, had to buy curtain hooks and curtain rings to attach to existing pole. Originally purchased a pack of 12 rings (6 per curtain) but did not hang well. Now using 24 rings (12 per curtain) and it hangs well.

Good quality curtains for a Minecraft bedroom
Really good quality thick curtains keeps most light out (almost but not quite blackout) without needing separate liner or blinds. The curtains have a nice smooth satin sheen finish to them. Tiebacks are good.Bought for a Minecraft themed bedroom and was not disappointed, they go perfectly so will recommend to any other parents doing a Minecraft theme.

Excellent quality
Absolutely stunning curtains, bought them for my sons bedroom. He thinks they're really cool and I'm thrilled with the quality, the material feels luxurious and the tab at the to is brilliant quality. I'd love to buy from this company again for my own curtains

Better than anticipated - can't fault them
Having read other reviews I was a little nervous when these arrived. I need not have been. They are a brighter green than depicted in the picture so if you are doing a Minecraft themed room (we weren't) they would be perfect. Delivery was prompt - sooner than estimated. Yes the curtains were creased in the packaging but no more so than they would have been if bought on the high street. I pegged them on the outside line on a blustery day which got rid of most of the creases then hung them on hangers in the shower room after one of us had taken a hot shower and the steam did the rest. They are 'light reducing' not totally 'blackout' but as good as any other 'blackout' curtains we have. If you wan to go totally dark then B&Q do a blackout blind in a co-ordinating green colour which we fitted as our room faces East so gets the early morning sun. The fabric has a silky feel to it as others have described but I don't think it either looks or feels 'cheap' as someone suggested and I am a bit fussy when it comes to fabric quality! If you're use to custom made curtains, from say John Lewis, you'll notice a difference, but for the price I can't fault them and if you're buying them for a kids room then you are unlikely to want them to last a lifetime - though they might! I have to confess I haven't tried setting fire to them as one reviewer did. They are made by a reputable UK company so I am assuming they comply with our legislation.
