Drink plenty of water to ease cramps but does work
I can’t lie this tea gets the job done. If you bloated constipated or just haven’t gone in a while then this is what you need. My stomach cramps really bad but is worth it in the end. I have used it a few ways; as a detox, for weightloss ( with intermediate fasting), and to regulate my bowel if irregular. I actually love the taste as it. I think I’m used to it now. Every now and then I will add a little sugar or lemon to it. But it’s strong and effective as is.

Good Quality, Works Quickly, and Great Value
I purchased the 3-pack of Uncle Lee’s Senna Tea (green, caffeine-free, 100% natural diet tea) for digestive support. The package arrived in perfect condition. I’ve opened and used the first box so far, and the quality is very good. The tea bags are well made, and everything looks fresh. I haven’t opened the other two boxes yet, so I can’t comment on those at this time. I’ve already tried the tea, and it works quickly for me. The taste is not bad at all, and I haven’t experienced any problems so far. Getting three boxes for $14 seems like a great deal, and based on my experience so far, I’m happy with this purchase. I can’t speak to weight loss yet since I’ve only been using it for three days. However, I will say that it has helped reduce bloating, which has been very beneficial for me. I’m hopeful to see whether the weight-loss benefits become noticeable over time.

المنتج جيد بالنسبة لمن عندهم كثرة غازات بالبطن وكذلك ينظف البطن جيداً، لكن المشكلة أن يدخل المرحاض كثيراً وهذا يسبب ضغط على البواسير.
